I chose this place due to the high review score but turned out to be very disappointed. The environment is just about ok, very basic and dated. The massage oil smells like tiger balm, a bit irritated to my nose. The masseuse's skill is very average, just simply massaged up and down without focus on any points. They chatted during the massage, other staff came in and out of my room and talked to my masseuse during my massage, and even more, they changed to another masseuse in the middle of my massage! I didn't enjoy the whole process at all. I just wanted it end sooner.
My friend and I had a hot oil and head, back and shoulders massage by Kim and Maya. They were amazing. Kim has just strong fingers and she got my tight shoulders really good. There wasn't a moment I didn't think they were slacking and gave us great treatment for the whole time. They were really thorough and super friendly. The room was very calm and relaxing too. We would definitely visit again and recommend to anyone!
BEST MASSAGE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I've been going to Thai massages for the past 17 years and Jenny was definitely the best massage that I've ever experienced. She was so professional, polite and as soon as i entered the building she made me feel very welcome. I absolutely recommend this place and certainly recommend Jenny, she's the best ever! I visited today hoping for a relaxing Thai massage, but sadly the experience fell short of expectations. The google reviews here are clearly untrue The atmosphere wasn't conducive to relaxation. there were strong cooking odors throughout the space, and I noticed staff lunches set up right outside the toilet area, which felt unhygienic. During my session, the masseuse were speaking quite loudly outside, making it impossible to unwind. I also observed what appeared to be exhausted workers resting in the hallway, which gave me the impression that the staff may be overworked. The overall cleanliness of the facility could use improvement, and the environment simply wasn't the peaceful, spa-like setting you'd expect for a massage. unfortunately I won't be returning.
One of the best Thai massage therapists in Cardiff. We had couple's massage in this place. The two lovely ladies, Mona and Tiee were very professional and experienced. We had a great time and would recommend this place to everyone.
I had an absolutely incredible experience at this massage spa! I first had a session with Sim(I think this is her name) and she worked wonders on my body, relieving all the tension and stress. Her technique was spot on, and I felt completely at ease. Afterward, Kim took over, and let me tell you, she really went above and beyond. She put in so much effort and worked hard to ensure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. The level of care and attention they both gave was outstanding, and I felt like a new person afterward. I'll definitely be coming back, and I’ve already recommended this place to all my friends. Came here for sauna and spa combined with oil massage. Jess was the one who did full body and scrub for me, she was excellent. The service was wonderful, music was relaxing, environment was peaceful. Overall experience was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone coming or staying in Cardiff if you’re looking for a good relaxing massage.
