Neurodiverse Coaching offers specialised coaching support for neurodivergent adults, focusing on ADHD and Autism. The approach is neurodivergent-informed, utilising evidence-based methods like Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). Sessions are structured around client goals, providing personalised accountability through a dedicated coaching portal. This coaching aims to help individuals move beyond generic productivity advice, which often fails to account for neurodivergent processing styles. The service focuses on understanding how the brain works and building sustainable systems and skills that fit individual needs, rather than demanding conformity. It supports clients in developing practical strategies for managing everyday challenges, improving focus, and achieving personal and professional goals.

Working with Nick over the past few months has been an incredibly positive experience. His coaching has made a meaningful difference in several areas of my life. He is friendly, understanding, and easy to work with. Nick is an expert in ACT and has a deep understanding of practical systems that he has provided me with to help manage everyday challenges. He has also shared a wide range of resources via his coaching portal, so support and guidance is available even outside of our live sessions. When things crop up, as they inevitably do in everyday life and I’ve needed additional help, he has been readily available through the portal to answer questions or offer advice on an ad hoc basis. That level of ongoing support has truly been a game changer for me. I have enjoyed my coaching journey with Nick so far, and I am looking forward to seeing what can be achieved going forward. If you’re considering taking the leap into coaching, I would highly recommend Nick as the person to start your journey with.

Nick provided a safe, non-judgmental space to unmask and explore my authentic self. Their lived experience meant I didn't have to explain how my brain works—they already 'got' it. I’ve moved from wanting to 'be normal' to optimistically looking forward to a future built on my actual needs. With metta, 🙏

I was skeptical about working with a coach due to previous failed experiences. However, I decided to give Nick a chance because he provides a science-backed approach to productivity and habitual change. I appreciated his patient, holistic and attentive approach. Particularly during a difficult period of recovery from a serious injury. Thank you for restoring my faith in your profession and we remain in contact moving forward.

I was introduced to Nick following my Access to Work application where I was recommended ADHD coaching. Prior to meeting him, I felt slightly intimidated as I did not know what to expect, but my worries quickly faded once I found out how approachable and easy going he is. Nick was very person-centred and attentive to what I said. He was able to suggest solutions to things that I struggled with, bringing in different examples and resources, even his own life experiences where appropriate. I found the guided "meditation" during some of our sessions really helpful and allowed me to feel more grounded. I did not feel judged but gently encouraged along the way, which allowed me to keep trying even when I experienced obstacles at work or private life. He checked in on me through every session, ensuring I understood what he spoke about, whether I needed to take a break and allowed me to reflect on my thoughts and feelings whenever I was struggling. As an ADHDer, everything constantly feels overwhelming and prioritising tasks feels impossible; however, since working with Nick, I feel much more equipped to manage my work load (whether that’s work tasks or daily life tasks). I would recommend Nick to anyone, whether you’re Neurodivergent or not. His support has genuinely improved my life for the better and I am planning on self-funding some further sessions with him.

Working with Nick over the past 12 months has been genuinely empowering. He’s shown real patience, understanding, and consistency, which created a space where I could explore things openly and at my own pace. Since starting coaching, I’ve noticed a big shift in my confidence - especially at work. I’m managing my time and resources more effectively, and I’ve built stronger relationships with stakeholders. The changes haven’t felt overwhelming or forced; instead, they’ve been realistic and sustainable, which has made all the difference. Nick has a deep understanding of neurodiversity and the impact that neurodivergent burnout can have. That insight gave me the confidence to be more honest about my needs, to set healthier boundaries, and to stop constantly pushing through, so I could actually start listening to what I needed. His approach is practical and person-centred. I’ve learned so much about how to work with my strengths, and I’m really grateful for the progress I’ve made with his support. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a coach who brings clarity, structure, and compassion to the process.

Nick was empathetic and supportive. He demonstrated deep understanding and experience working with neuro-diverse leaders, which allowed me to accept the way I approach things, think and behave but also, how to work with those unique qualities to create a calmer and more fulfilling approach to running my business and achieving my goals. Thank you for making such a positive difference at this stage in my life!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I began the sessions but they have been invaluable. Nick is an exceptional coach, he is relatable, engaging & made me feel really comfortable. I felt safe to be really honest about what I was struggling with both professionally and emotionally. He is brilliant at listening to what is being shared & finding resources / techniques to support & enhance the sessions & my development. I absolutely recommend him.

Nick is a very friendly understanding, gentle & patient individual, who works with you to gain the best outcome you can with the work you put in. With Nick around it felt like I had another pair of hands to help with proofreading or setting about relevant goals to find a way forwards when I was stuck. He tries his genuine best to help you out to move forward with what you want in life. I will definitely be coming back to you as of if and when I need you, Nick, thanks for your help!

Nick has been incredibly helpful, understanding and professional throught my ADHD coaching sessions. He is very practical, and gives meaningful suggestions that have greatly impacted both my professional and personal life. Nick is very knowledgeable about neurodiversity, and always has a strategy that suits my individual strengths. I found that he was happy to discuss any area that I needed help with, whether it was simple struggles like going to get shopping, to bigger things like managing panic attacks. I have worked with various counsellors, heathcare professionals and mentors before, but I have always felt that they didn't understand me. However, I really feel that Nick understands me in my entirety without judgement. He takes the time to listen and tailors sessions to meet personal needs. You also get access to a portal which allows you to look back on resources that Nick has shared. If you are thinking about reaching out to Nick I would fully reccomend that you do. I can't thank him enough for all the amazing support, guidance and strategies he has given me.
