I feel very fortunate to have found Gaynor. She helped me through a very dark 6 month period and provided wise counsel which continues to give me comfort and support now. I am very grateful for all the tools with which Gaynor equipped me and for holding up a mirror in such a kind and constructive way. Gaynor helped me address a lot of painful emotions and I always left sessions more positive and hopeful. I continue to reflect on the learning that Gaynor enabled; including practicing mindfulness, which is a work in progress. Above all, Gaynor's humanity and understanding provided a safe and healing place to unpack personal problems and face them head on.
I worked with Gaynor for a good couple of months and the help she gave me was invaluable. Gaynor was extremely understanding and I ended my sessions feeling better than I ever have before. Very grateful for my experience.
A really effective experience that really helped me to take big steps forward after a difficult time. Welcoming, friendly & professional
