Whitney has been working with my newborn on infant cranio sacral and it has been amazing to see the improvements after each session. Also as a new mother I am learning so much from her. Highly recommend her to a friend or family member.
Whitney is an amazing doula! She worked with us postpartum until my son was about 3 months old, primarily providing overnight care. We immediately trusted Whitney with our newborn. She allowed us to get some much needed rest and she helped me heal. Whitney also made sure we woke up to a clean kitchen, washed/folded laundry, hot coffee and breakfast! We are incredibly grateful for her postpartum doula care and highly recommend her services!
I absolutely love going to get massages from Whitney. I go every month and I appreciate Whitney's sliding scale options and transparency with pricing, as well as the 3-appointment packages offered! A lot of flexibility with pricing. I love the table and Thai massages I have received and every experience is wonderful. I also appreciate the free tea offered in the waiting area and the N95 & KN95 respirator masks, hand sanitizers, and free covid tests available! If you practice community care, Whitney is your body work practitioner!!
Whitney is a fantastic body worker and natural healer. I hadn't tried Thai massage before working with Whitney, and now it has become my favorite type of massage. She is thoughtful and intentional in her approach, creates a safe and welcoming space for all bodies, and really centers you in how she provides care. Whitney also aims to make her care work as financially accessible as possible in the spirit of cultivating community care. I highly recommend her!
Whitney is a great practitioner! She incorporates many different modalities and really listens to you as an individual for each session you have with her. Also worthy of note is her commitment to healing in our community. She is very active in making sure that those that need it have access to bodywork and doula support.
I highly recommend Whitney as a postpartum doula! If you’re on the fence about getting help for nights, do it! We looked forward to having her come all week. She has an amazing calming presence and our baby was so relaxed with her from day one. Not only did she care for him, she helped us with parenting/postpartum questions and helped us around the house. Whitney also did craniosacral therapy for our baby. He had a strong preference for laying on one side and tightness in the tongue area. She really helped him get to laying on either side and released tension to help improve his latch and gave us exercises to keep up the progress. We’re so lucky to have worked with her!
As a fellow LMT colleague, I used to see Whitney for Thai massage a few years ago when I lived in Portland. It felt like Thai massage came really naturally to her and she had a very intuitive sense of satisfying pressure and flow. I always left feeling refreshed and well-taken-care-of. I can only imagine how much more amazing her sessions must be now that she has deepened her studies even further than she already had! Do yourself a favor and book with Whitney!
Whitney was my postpartum doula and she was deeply attuned to my needs as well as incorporated those of the whole family. She managed to make delicious nourishing meals from what we had on hand, and I can’t tell you how incredible it is to get some much needed rest and wake up to my baby fast asleep, something warm on the stove, and the house in order. I highly recommend you work with Whitney— she’s magical!
Whitney is such a talented and intuitive massage therapist!! As someone with complex chronic pain, I appreciate her ability to really listen in to what I need in the moment, and make adjustments as we move through the work. Very soothing and adaptable approach to nervous system support, Thai massage, and other blended modalities! Also love that she is able to offer relevant stretches and yoga postures for me after our sessions. So useful. Thanks Whitney!
I've purchased a couple of package massages with Whitney so far. She was recommended by a trusted friend. I have had many massages in my life - Whitney is legit one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. She is kind, caring, listens to your requests, checks in and provides an amazing massage every time. Her energy is really great, too. I am pretty sensitive and prone to injury and I've never left in pain. I always feel rejuvenated after I leave.
