One of the best I’ve had. Never had a problem with being double booked, seen them for years.

I made an appointment with this person at the beginning of August. August 2nd. to be exact. Yesterday, the 22nd of August ms Nickerson emailed me and told me she had booked someone else in my slot and could I come an hour later? No! I can't. I have gym training at that time. She refused to give me my time slot. I'd seen her in July, made it abundantly clear that I needed someone professional to talk to and she dumps me. Very bad. Very Very Bad for a therapist. Go elsewhere.
