Wow, what a phenomenal experience receiving a CST and abdominal massage session with Tricia! I highly recommend working with her for nervous system well-being/reset and womb healing. She works with prenatal/pregnancy clients as well! A wonderful option for massage in Portland.
Tricia is far more than a massage therapist…she is a truly exceptional body worker and healer, and as someone who is very selective about who I trust with my body, that means everything. What sets her apart is her rare ability to work not just with the physical, but with energy. She feels what others miss and holds space in a way that goes far beyond technique. I’ve experienced both her massage and womb sessions, and each one has left me feeling deeply held and restored. I’ve also had the honor of bringing Tricia onto my retreats as a trusted body worker, where she worked with participants on a profound level…not only tending to their bodies, but providing emotional support and facilitating genuine energy clearing. She has a gift for holding people through deep transformation. Her space is immaculate, serene, and carries a beautiful energy the moment you walk in. If you are looking for a practitioner who brings skill, soul, and true healing presence to her work…Tricia is it. I cannot recommend her highly enough. 💕
I literally jiggled and danced and sang 80’s pop tunes at the top of my voice in my car all the way home after my last bodywork session with Tricia. She is so intuitive and understands how to help move energy and release blocks that allow deep restoration and rejuvenation… the kind that gave my body a mind of its own when it demanded to move, dance and sing after our session. She also does some of the best abdominal, psoas, hips and pelvis work - she is a master. Lastly, when I make the serious request, she is willing to get on the table and put her knees into my low lumbar muscles and sacrum — the leverage and traction she gets using her feet, elbow and knees feels amazing. I am a successful massage therapist with a 16-year private practice — and Tricia is one of my go-to healers/part of my healthcare team — I have a great respect and appreciation for her integrity and deeply feminine and shamanic approach to healing and bodywork.
Tricia created a warm, safe and relaxing environment. I felt so relaxed during and after my massage. I especially enjoyed how much looser my hips were afterwards and how it lasted for days!
Tricia is an intuitive and empathic healer trained in massage, including abdominal and craniosacral techniques, and versed in movement, plant medicine, and spiritual healing. I went in for shoulder/neck pain, which she certainly helped, but it was more than that. She was incredibly respectful - to the point of honoring – me and my body. She shared what she could offer, asked about what I did and did not want, and then went about her work aligned with our conversation. She treated me like a collaborator, so I really trusted her and was open to more. My my body felt fluid and younger after; the world’s colors seemed brighter. It was a powerful healing experience.
I have day dreamed, for literal years, that someone would help my hurting body the way Tricia worked with me today! So thankful for the opportunity to be blessed by her hands! Thank you sooo mucho ✨💖✨
