Interacting with the administration team has been an absolute nightmare. I have a benefit at work that will allow my husband to also make use of the therapeutic practice. I have tried for over 3 weeks to just successfully get them to interact with my husband so he can begin the paperwork to align with my benefit. It is literally impossible to get anyone on the phone because their phone system only exchanges with you via text! Considering how important psychological services are I find the practices conducted by this center to be horrifying. I'm sure the therapists are great, if you can actually get through to them. Unfortunately this administration team seems to be highly disorganized. I don't enjoy leaving this bad of a review, but I feel at this point it's been such extraordinarily bad customer service that I had no choice but to warn others.
Dr. Rhiannon is wonderful! Megan, the office manager is kind and helpful and was able to get me an appointment as a new patient within a week. Amazing! I highly recommend the Thriving Center.
Our family found a great therapist here. Well-run, evidence based care.
Dr. Nate Goins has been a massive help and is an amazing psychologist
Listen, helps set goals, provide strategies, helps me grow, sends a summary of our session. Very helpful.
Excellent in every respect: I was able to find a therapist that I connected with, the online platform is easy to use, and the process for receiving billing statements that I submit to my insurance has been very easy. I would definitely recommend this service.
Amazing support for tough moments in life
Responsive, and professional. My experience has been good so far.
Staff was very quick to respond to appointment request and I was able to get in within a couple days.
