Cute studio, great instructor, great location with lots of parking options. Would highly recommend.
I took a semi-private reformer class with Tracey and she was wonderful! She was so welcoming and nice when I first arrived. The studio space is gorgeous and calming. The class itself was awesome. Tracey is great at cueing and giving direction. There are only 3 reformers so she can’t demo but it totally wasn’t a problem! She explained the moves quickly and efficiently, and explained where we should be feeling the movements in our body. I am hyper mobile so this is a big deal for me, I often find myself utilizing the wrong muscles or joints if I am not paying attention or don’t know what a move should be targeting. I’m looking forward to taking more reformer classes and trying the mat classes as well.
This is a beautiful airy space. I had a great experience in Ida's somatic movement class. I had never tried it before, but found it really enjoyable. Ida's calming presence and explanations as we went through the class created a welcoming and insightful experience. I would definitely be interested in taking another class at this studio.
Beautifully thought out space. The pilates class with Tracey was amazing and she gave cues that were deep and thorough.
