Liz is a phenomenal being and gifted and natural healer! I received acupuncture from her for significant women's health issues over a six month period and each treatment session was deeply transformative, therapeutic, and healing. I am grateful for her gifts of medicine, and eagerly recommend her to anyone!
After a bike accident with some broken facial bones and a bad black eye, Liz was able to get me to heal faster than simply depending on time alone. Western medicine told me to ice my eye, which had no effect on the blood in my sclera. But each time I had an acupuncture session the blood stagnation would clear significantly enough that I could see the whites of my eyes again, and that occurred within minutes of having needles in my face when time alone had no effect. After fixing my bike injuries in record time we spent the rest of my treatment plan helping with my allergies and dryness in my nose and throat, among several other minor complaints. Elizabeth is amazing! She truly is and I can’t wait to get on another treatment plan with her!
I have had many wonderful treatments from Elizabeth. She has a relaxing presence and an insightful approach to acupuncture. She has successfully treated me for a wide range of issues and I have always experienced relief (pain, anxiety, fertility, stress, etc.). In addition to addressing the immediate problem at hand, Elizabeth's holistic approach always leaves me feeling generally better and more effective in my day-to-day life. I am a very happy repeat client and I look forward to working with Elizabeth for years to come.
Highly recommended!! Liz has a quiet and calm nature that makes you feel at ease almost immediately. She listens thoroughly and really takes the time to understand what your primary concerns are, additionally she gets a sense of your overall health. I'm very sensitive and don't tolerate most acupuncture, but Liz is very kind and aware when placing the needles. Then, at the end of the treatment she always has very thoughtful suggestions and is great at going over the treatment plan. Wonderful experience from start to finish
Liz Marr is an amazing acupuncturist with a calming and open spirit. She made me instantly comfortable, and listened intently and explained everything when I had questions. After an acupuncture treatment I tried cupping for the first time, which gave instant relief to my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend Liz!!
I first went to Liz with back pain I'd been dealing with for weeks, and she had me feeling improvement after the first treatment. She is awesome... sensitive to my health concerns and full of useful recommendations including herbs to help with different things I'm going through. She's a thoughtful and skilled practitioner. I highly recommend her!
