I found Kristi at SomaFlow by chance and am very happy I did. Very nice space, quiet, warm and cozy. Kristi went over with me what i wanted and also offered some suggestions and the services have been very good. Im a older guy so am often sore in my muscles and joints, and she has done a combination of deep massage and stretching that has been very effective. I recommend her highly
Kristi is phenomenal at massage. The benefits have been so much greater than I imagined. The body work has been not just relaxing or restorative, but truly healing. She is a great listener and incorporates feedback well, using a variety of modalities to address my concerns and to support me in feeling my best physically!
Kristi is an incredible practitioner: intuitive, empathetic, and skillful. Her treatments have been so beneficial to my body and mind. I highly recommend her!
As a Chiropractor, I am very particular about my bodyworkers. Kristi is absolutely outstanding. She knows the body, not just anatomically but the rhythms of it to ensure her massage is the perfect depth and application to the individuals needs. She is an avid learner and constantly educating herself on new techniques and approaches. I have been on her table several times and have referred her many patients who all love her work. You will be sure to have an amazing massage with her!
Kristi an amazing therapist and words can’t explain the benefits I get from my treatments. Before each session Kristi checks in to see how your body is feeling and what areas that may need some focus. Kristi also will offer expert advice beyond the in-person treatment to ensure your wellness doesn’t end after the therapy session. I know I’m much healthier for the care I receive from Kristi. To sum it up, Kristi listens, advises, and heals, I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking to gain or improve health with your body, you need to visit Somaflow!
Getting massages from Kristi has helped my chronic neck and back tension significantly. I love how she uses a wide range of different techniques and movement during her sessions to help address not only tightness in the muscles and fascia, but also range of motion and mobility. She is very intentional and mindful with her treatments and I always feel lighter and elevated afterwards…highly recommend!
Kristi is amazing. She uses so many different techniques to work on the specific things you are needing. She listens to you and then applies her experience and skills to create the best experience for your body in that moment. I’ve been to some massage therapists who ask what you want to focus on and then do the exact same routine no matter what you said… Kristi is not that. I have been to her once a week for months now and I get a different treatment fully focused on my individual needs, every time. Her hands are magic and healing and I highly highly recommend having an appointment with her.
Kristi is an incredible massage therapist! I have been seeing her about monthly for over a year now for medical massages and the experience has been excellent. She takes time before each massage to discuss how my body is feeling to inform the session. She has used a variety of techniques including Thai massage, hot stones, cupping, and trigger point therapy. She also takes time to demonstrate stretches based on tightness she felt during the massage. After each appointment my body feels so much better. Kristi is also lovely to talk to and work with. If you are considering trying out SomaFlow, do it! You will not regret it.
Kristi is the best massage therapist I’ve worked with! She really takes the time to listen to what my body needs and create an individualized treatment she think will be best, which sometimes includes hot stones, cupping, and aromatherapy. I’ve seen substantial improvement since I’ve began working with her and look forward to each session. I can tell she is passionate about her craft and continued education. The space is also a very relaxing and charming environment.
I'm grateful for Kristi and her ability to consistently address the whole body in each opportunity within the SomaFlow space. She is welcoming and comes prepared to consider more than the physical condition in its connection to daily life and lived experience. Her background lends well to overall wellbeing assessment in her care at each visit. I initially came to address upper back/shoulder challenges and its connection to work-life activities yet I leave each visit more aware of my own body and sense of caring for myself and those around me; which supports my own self care.
