My PCP referred me to PT 360 when previous rounds of physical therapy weren’t helping my intractable back and hip pain. I worked with Claire and Kelsey. They were incredible in so many ways, but what stood out to me right away, and sets them apart from my other experiences with PT, is how they listen to their patients. They made the healing process collaborative. If an exercise wasn’t feeling right, they offered tweaks and tips to make it work for me. I’m pain free now. It wasn’t a quick process and it still takes a lot of discipline to stick with the exercises. Claire/Kelsey are up front about what that process looks like in a way that isn’t daunting but instead motivational. I highly recommend this team to anyone who has felt let down by previous PT experiences.
I've been a patient at PT 360 for probably over 10 years now with various injuries. I've seen them for everything from knee pain to foot pain to my worst injury ever: sciatica. I keep going back because they ALWAYS heal me. My favorite PTs at PT 360 are Candis and Sue but I think everyone there is awesome and you can't go wrong! Just editing to add that they just healed me AGAIN and I worked with a new awesome therapist Kelsey! So between Candis, Sue, and Kelsey, I have a whole TEAM of people who have worked to make my pain go away and to return to my full life and activities!
I love 360, I can only say great things, Ryan is a great physical therapist, the perfect balance of listening to you and pushing you right to the point of resentment, the only way you know your physical therapy is working!! All the staff especially the front desk workers are more then amazing, workers comp has been making them go above and beyond and I truly appreciate all the help and support I got here. Every person I met here was incredibly kind and personable and genuinely invested in helping you get recovered. I’m more then upset I won’t be able to continue treatment because of workers comp;( If you want results come here!
Highly recommend!! Welcoming and efficient front desk staff made it easy to do intake, and my physical therapist Bijay is fantastic. Beyond being great at his job, Bijay also has excellent bedside manner. He takes the time to translate medical terms into simple language that I can understand. I also really appreciate that Bijay verbally walks me through everything before we do an exercise or have physical contact so I know what to expect. I appreciate his patience and thoughtfulness. PT 360 also has a pretty sweet patient portal! Get the support you need here to get back to feeling your best. :)
I worked with Sue to resolve back issues and learn how to care for my body after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. Her depth and experience with women’s bodies as we age is phenomenal. I am pain free and string, AND recently had an updated DEXA scan and my numbers dropped and I no longer have osteoporosis!! Sue is my hero! Thank you to her and everyone at this wonderful clinic!
Caring, attentive staff, and were able to get me in same-day when I had an acute issue and I felt better immediately after. Amazed at how much progress I made in the following days, after days of no progress on my own. I had a hard time finding the entrance the first time I visited so sharing some photos!
Great team and great care! I’ve had the privilege of working with Claire for the past few months, she’s been super helpful and encouraging :) great as a physical therapist and as a person <3 Keep up the good work you guys!
Doing PT at PT 360 was great!! Candis was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. She also understood my goals (return to soccer) and helped me get there quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciated her flexibility in scheduling, only scheduling appointments that were necessary, as well as her tailoring my at home exercises to work with the level of equipment I had available.
My experience at PT 360 for both a hip issue and shoulder adhesive capulitis was top notch - the facility was bright and clean with a wide variety of machines and tools. Candis and Sue were the PTs I saw most often and they are both wonderful to work with. My hip is 100% better than when I started and I am so pleased. My shoulder issue developed recently and it’s much better than a few weeks ago. Everyone there is friendly and helpful- I highly recommend!
I first went to PT360 in 2023 for help with back pain and I felt the care I received was so great that I requested a referral here again last year when I fractured my talus and had surgery to place 4 screws. I’ve been going to PT360 for the last 7 months and just graduated today. My recovery has been very long and frustrating, but the staff at PT360 have been a shining light, always encouraging me and meeting me where I’m at, finding solutions for problems I was facing, and going out of their way to research different exercises to keep my routine varied. Everyone at the office is incredibly kind and personable and are genuinely interested in your life and helping you get back to the activities you love most. I worked mainly with Shelly and Candis, they were both amazing and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. I went 3 months without being able to walk and I’m now hiking, rock climbing, skiing, and doing everything I love to do. I highly recommend PT360 for anyone in need of physical therapy and looking for a warm office where your goals are put first and staff that never give up on helping you reach them.
