I cannot say enough good things about this place and their providers. They helped me understand a lot about myself and OCD treatment. It was a safe space to learn and practice my treatment tools. They do a lot of ERP here and offer group therapy in addition to the individual sessions. I am really grateful for them and the opportunity to go there for services. I recommend them for different types OCD/Anxiety to understand and practice working living a more peaceful life. The groups add a nice camaraderie element and an opportunity to learn from others' process.
I've had the pleasure of working with Danielle for the past 6 months and I am happy to say that our time together has given me the tools to understand and manage my OCD. With her help, I have loosened the all consuming grip OCD had on my life. Danielle has a wealth of experience and her confident approach is perfect for anyone caught in a cycle of uncertainty. I would recommend her to anyone with OCD or who even suspects they might (as I did). She will be of great help to you.
