If you want to get NO help with your ADHD, this is your place!!! Standard ADHD mill. They make their money off testing and then dump you on the street with no help. Stay away!!!
Thank you !
If you might have ADHD and ONLY that they might help, but if you run out and can't get in touch with provider don' t expect anything. They refuse to treat other conditions seriously and will not return calls EVER.
Legitimately changed my life. Everyone here is so polite and inviting. Feels very safe and genuinely feels like people care. A billion stars.
Never straight forward when booking an appointment, these offices are not consistent they never pick up the phone you’re forced to leave a voicemail and hope and pray they call you back when you happen to have your phone; constant new staff who are unsure what they’re doing it’s incredible frustrating
Amazing experience overall here. Highly recommend. Admission wait times may be long but absolutely worth it. Thank you for all you've done for me NWADHD !!!
I am so thankful for this clinic! For years I struggled with ADHD and without a proper diagnosis, could not get the care I truly needed. Since getting my diagnosis here, I have gotten medicated and am now living a much more fulfilling life! I have been fortunate to work with a wonderful psychologist, Ava Hosseini, who makes me feel extremely supported, cared for and seen in every appointment I have with her. I really appreciate how thoughtful and attentive she is and I am thankful to be under her care. One of the best psych doctors I've ever had, hands down!
The psychologist that I had was very sweet and we got along very well! In fact, I could see us being friends outside of this relationship. However, they completely misdiagnosed me. I passed the TOVA test which meant I magically didn’t have ADHD. I guess one computer test is the final determination to see if someone has ADHD, not the dozens of very obvious signs that you yourself show. That test is very outdated and I’m surprised that they’re still using it. Especially in a time where so many people play video games! After hyperfocusing on that test and passing it (no surprise there lol) and being told I didn’t have it, or that I did but idk maybe my “brain has learned to cope with it” they kind of just…left me with no real solution or next steps. I ended up seeing my regular doctor, filling out an ADHD form, which showed that I clearly have ADHD and was then prescribed what I needed to help with my (again, very obvious) ADHD. If you are looking for solutions/help managing your ADHD I highly suggest going to your regular doctor FIRST before seeing these guys.
Had my doctor submit a referral, but they didn't respond for weeks, despite me calling them every other day and being sent to voicemail. 3 weeks later, they call me to say they never got it, and to submit it to x number. I had my doctor do it again and they've never replied weeks later even though I'm calling again and again. Don't bother calling them for help, you are wasting your time!
They saved my life. After years of drs and therapists I finally found a place that actually helps.
