Would highly recommend Aaron for rehabbing ACLs. After not being super happy with my first PT, Aaron was immediately able to see what I needed to work on and help me see amazing results. Best PT in Portland!
I have to give a shout out to Tom. He did an excellent job guiding me in my recovery after hurting my shoulder. Northlake's whole setup was efficient and professional. I would absolutely recommend them for injury recovery and training.
The staff are very professional and friendly. There are a variety of locates in the metro area which helps in getting service. It was easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. I felt the therapist did a great evaluation of my problem and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan in terms that were understandable. The prescribed home exercises were very doable and helped a great deal toward recovery. The facility is very clean and staff clean the equipment right away after patient use. There is also a wide variety of equipment available for using to treat issues
North Lake Physical Therapy facility on SE 21st was a great help in my recovery from knee replacement. Thanks to Aaron, Tom and crew I am at 95%+ function and feeling great 6 months after my surgery. I have started light jogging and am back to offroad motorcycle riding again.
I’ve been through a solid amount of Physical Therapists and can confidently say Aaron’s the best I’ve had. He’s very knowledgable and goes deeper into what’s really going on instead of just running through the motions. Him and the assistants keep it lighthearted too. Thanks guys
The team at North Lake Physical Therapy Southeast location are fantastic! Everyone is super friendly, helpful and supportive. Thomas Rigby is a phenomenal PT, who is very positive, friendly and motivational. I went in for wrist pain in my right arm and after he learned what my hobbies and interest were, he began to tailor my PT exercises around what may help me come back stronger and more confident in those hobbies and just everyday life. Highly recommend this team. As a recent graduate, I am so thrilled to feel stronger and healthier. Thank you, Thomas and the rest of the team!
It is so essential in a therapeutic situation for the pt & therapist to ‘click’. I immediately felt at ease & comfortable with Tom. He is an active listener (even when I go off in tangents), did an efficient review of my PMH and an appropriate physical assessment. I left with a good set of exercises to do, especially to relieve my neck pain. I look forward to learning from him as to how to better care for this aging body!
I appreciate how quickly we got into a good exercise program for dealing with stubborn tendinitis. I am also receiving excellent soft tissue work to support the exercises. The clinic is very friendly and I feel right at home. I am making good steady improvement!
Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and fun. They helped me complete my program through a series and progression of exercises. When completing the program, I got extra resources to continue with. Staff were great and personable and I always looked forward to sessions. Highly recommended.
the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate—they take the time to listen and tailor your treatment to your specific needs. My therapist not only helped me recover physically, but also gave me tools to stay strong and prevent future injuries. Every session was productive and empowering. You can tell they truly care about their patients’ long-term well-being, not just short-term results. The environment is clean, upbeat, and positive—whether you’re recovering from an injury or managing chronic pain, this is the place you want to be. I’m so grateful for the care I received at North Lake. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-tier physical therapy with a personal touch!
