Having no prior exposure to breathwork, I recently completed a series of 4 sessions with Natasha. With each meeting, it felt more and more like entering a sacred threshold within myself. She guided me with a presence so steady, intuitive, and compassionate that it became effortless to soften, open, and allow whatever needed to rise to the surface. Each session felt like being led gently into a deeper chamber of my own inner world — a space I had somehow forgotten, yet instantly recognized. Through Natasha’s grounded guidance, my breath became a bridge: connecting mind to body, tension to release, and old stories to newfound clarity. What arose was not forced; it unfolded. What released did not shatter; it dissolved. There is something rare about the way Natasha holds space. She listens not only to words but to pauses, subtle shifts, and the quiet language the body speaks when finally given permission. In her presence I felt supported, witnessed, and profoundly safe — safe enough to let go, safe enough to breathe differently, safe enough to meet myself without judgment. After my most recent session, something in me felt rearranged in the best possible way. It is difficult to describe the transformation, because it wasn’t dramatic; it was true. If you are seeking breathwork not just as a technique but as a path inward, a way of remembering who you are beneath the noise, I can say without hesitation that Natasha is an extraordinary guide. Working with her is an invitation to come home to yourself — one breath at a time.

I first started working with Natasha a year ago when I was going through a tough time. I hadn't done breathwork before but thought I would give it a go. After my first session, I could tell I was going to keep coming back. Her openness and lack of judgment for what I was working through was amazing and each time I left I felt a piece of myself was uncovered. Working with her has brought a different perspective and I can only hope that others get to experience such comfort and growth simultaneously.

I did 2 sessions in person with Natasha and then 6 virtual, which to my surprise turned out to be very effective also, all over about 4 months. My first visit with Natasha honestly felt magical. And then further along I felt myself struggling, frustrated at times, awkward, questioning if I was capable of benefiting from this, or if just wasting my time. But I’m SO GLAD I stuck with it and trusted Natasha and the process I was going through. At the end of our last session thinking to myself, “what is this incredible breath-work and Natasha as guide experience?” it came to me: Gentle Alchemy. Over 30 years I’ve tried off and on my share of traditional therapy and meds, “top-down” intervention. But over the past few years I’ve been on a steep, often bumpy, learning curve. I became aware of “bottom-up” approaches, somatic experience, nervous system capacity. Our bodies hold and know so much, about what we’ve been through and what we need. I’m so grateful to have found Natasha who, supporting me with breath-work, music, and her kind wisdom, helped me push through and shift into a much better place. She helped me find my own kind wisdom.

Natasha is incredibly talented at what she does. She's one of those people who you know is doing exactly what they are meant to be doing. She was incredibly caring and compassionate as I worked through difficulties in my life but then also challenged me to think differently when that's what I needed. It's like she knew exactly where to meet me moment to moment and always made things comfortable. I could not recommend her more highly!

Completing a series of Breathwork sessions with Natasha has allowed me to integrate multiple experiences of trauma and loss over the last four years. Therapy and lifestyle interventions were keeping things manageable, but I now feel like I’ve been able to write the experiences into my life story. Natasha’s support and guidance created the safety that I needed to enter drug-free expanded states, access hidden subconscious content, and move forward as a healthier person.

Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough good things about doing breathwork with Natasha! I didn’t have previous experience with breathwork, and she’s been a fantastic teacher. Meditation has never come easily for me, but this does - sessions always seem to fly by, and I leave feeling light, refreshed, and relaxed. Natasha herself has a wonderfully calm, warm, and welcoming presence and makes a deeply comfortable space to get in touch with your body and your deeper sense of self. Monthly sessions with Natasha are now part of my self-care routine, and it’s done wonders. It’s like getting a monthly massage, but for my mind. I can’t recommend it enough.

If you're looking to experience the transformative power of breathwork for the first time, Natasha is THE facilitator you want to journey with. She is deeply intuitive, gentle and welcoming. Her presence will immediately relax your nervous system and help you feel safe to explore your mind, body and emotions. Natasha has a way of holding space and asking questions that invites through YOUR unique wisdom for deep, lasting healing. I have worked with Natasha consistently for the past 3.5 years, and I leave each session brimming with new insights, feeling clear, empowered and connected to my heart and purpose. She will be my breathwork facilitator for life! I highly recommend Natasha for both private sessions and group ceremonies.

Natasha is the first person I have ever had a breathwork experience with. I am blown away by how much has shifted in my life and how much clarity and truth has come from our breathwork sessions. I started seeing Natasha in June 2022 after finding her through a Google search. I had been called for a while to dive into the realm of breathe, not knowing just how powerful this tool really is... Natasha's home feels safe, warm, and inviting; Natasha curates an individual experience for each session beginning each session with intention; from the way she prepares tea for us to sip, to the way she holds space while I am releasing all different kinds of emotions that want to come through. Without fail, I always leave a session with Natasha feeling at peace, having total clarity around any situation, and totally connected to my power. Sometimes it truly feels like I had taken a psychedelic leaving her home! :-) Breathwork has become my new 'therapy'. Talk therapy is a great tool and one I still use, but without connecting inward to your body, it can only go so far! I am such an advocate of using breath now, not just with Natasha, but as a tool I can use on my own as well. With so much gratitude and love for your medicine, thank you Natasha!

Coming into the practice of breathwork I had very little knowledge of what it was or what the experience would be like and was, admittedly, a bit nervous about it. After meeting Natasha and being greeted with a warming cup of tea, my worries faded immediately. Natasha creates a loving, caring and safe space for each session and I am endlessly surprised by what I learn, feel and experience in these sessions. From the conversation at the beginning of the session, to her guidance through the breathing portion to coming back and talking about the experience and feelings, Natasha makes you feel held, heard and deeply cared for. My journey to breathwork was, ultimately, born from grief and learning to live my new life and Natasha is one of the beautiful souls that I have had the great fortune to meet along the way. I’m better for having met Natasha and experiencing the healing that has come from her breathwork practice.

If you’ve felt called to breathwork, Natasha truly is the best of the best. Breathwork allows us to drop out of the conscious mind and into the body. Each session is unique and created to meet you exactly where you are in the given moment. Everything about the way Natasha guides you back to your own inner knowing — back home to yourself — is so intentional and sacred. Engaging in this space/practice with her has been one the most transformative pieces of my healing journey and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s allowed me to observe myself from a place of compassion, to greet whatever arises with curiosity and tenderness, to shift old/harmful narratives and reclaim my power. Natasha guides each session through her intuitive questions, physical touch (with consent), energy work, scent activation, and music to allow for expansion and healing. I feel so lucky to know and work with Natasha!
