A really wonderful resource and great people there
They left me outside in the cold homeless
So this organization is no longer north south east west only western; They don't listen to clients they do make a lot of mistakes. They've lost my personal information and never follow through on the type of appointments that they say they're going to do. Trust yourself find another place ! I have seen to much abuse here on humams.mistales time
Voicemail is full and just hangs up, and no point of contact to follow up on SEP.
I just became a client at Totem a few months ago, although I've been a client with almost all services through NARA. Iβ€οΈNARA... I only gave 4 stars. Well probably because I was having a moment. π But the ACT team goes out of there way to help me. And I'd just like to say thank you π
I don't know about the last reviewers situation, but I've been coming in for a while now. I use my manners, I don't start stuff with other people, and the staff practically bends over backwards to help me however they can. Overall, I've had very pleasant experiences there, though nothing's perfect lol
