I whole heartedly recommend the Grounded Essence series for anyone interested in committing to a process of self exploration and healing. Jodi Walsh and Tracy Broyles are both incredibly skilled practitioners and together they created a workshop that is beautifully curated. I really appreciated the mix of embodiment exercises, teaching, creative practices, group exercises, and of course the individual process work. Each weekend felt like a mix of play and deep personal work. Meeting with and doing this work with the same group of individuals for 5 weekends over the course of a year is kinda a big deal. You get to go deeper, to get to know each other, to come back - and then again. For me, witnessing the process work of the others in the group is so so powerful and inspiring. Being vulnerable and being seen by others (and myself) is transformative. I am incredibly grateful to Jodi and Tracy and each of the other participants of the group for being a part of my journey as I continue to integrate what I've learned during the year. An opportunity to work with Jodi Walsh and Tracy Broyles, be it a special workshop such as Grounded Essence or individually would be a worthwhile investment in oneself. Highly recommend.
