Hey I was hoping to know if you guys have a phone number I can call I tried calling the number provided and it wouldn't let me go through.

Pretty sure they shut up shop and left, gave up trying to get records for continuation of care. All the better I guess as my mental state is significantly worse after “treatment” there

Such an Incompetent therapy center. I have been on the wait-list for months, so long that I forgot I was even on a wait-list. I received a call yesterday while I was at work to fill out my intake forms before my first session. There were numerous forms (at least 7 or 8) and there was no way to even fill them out. When I called the front desk, they were not helpful at all when I asked questions as to how I could fill out these forms. I have seen over 8 different therapists,, usually they give text reminders a week In advance of your therapy session. Usually there isn't SEVEN different documents you must complete before your first session. Actually GOOD therapists understand the importance of care first. Any good therapist I had said "oh please fill out these forms before your first session, and If you can't it's no big deal" Not only was mine solutions more concerned about my PAPERWORK than they were about my MENTAL HEALTH- they weren't even willing to help me find a way to fill out the paper work. They suggested I go to a PRINTER and fax them??? What are they living in the 1980s??? Nobody owns a printer. Get with the times. This place is so impersonal and does not value mental health treatment whatsoever

I first began working with mind solutions almost one year ago now. I am still currently receiving services. Kate Manougin is my provider, I could tell by the first phone call that I was right where I needed to be. These people have watched me walk through alot and been supportive every step. I love the family vibe this place has, it's professional yet comfortable. Kate has believed in me when no one else did, and helped me come up with a realistic plan to conquer alot of issues that have come up. I can't express the amount of support I have received from mind solutions.

Great place, great staff. People here really care. Even through covid. Their classes and therapy sessions through telehealth have continued to serve the community. I would refer anyone here.
