Omg I LOVE this place. My favorite Pilates studio in PDX so far. The class was really small and it almost felt like a private session since the instructor was able to give all of us equal attention. A cozy little spot. Thank you!
Heidi is a great instructor. She was very patient, and I look forward to more sessions!
Wow. This was an amazing class. Instead of a cookie cutter session, Kim looked at my wonky shoulder and locked out knees and fixed them. Did I work for it? Yes! Do I feel profoundly better? also yes. So grateful for her insight and also the gentle energy she uses to coach through the exercises. Worth every penny!
Lemon Tree has a myriad of healing services from pilates to massage to acupuncture. Lynn helped me treat plantar fasciatis and I am grateful for her careful listening and supportive treatments.
This pilates studio is amazing! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I've been dealing with back and hip pain for years and I have seen more improvement over the past 6 months since I started pilates than all the phys therapy/ yoga/ acupuncture/ body work, etc that I have done over years. Definitely give it a try!!
Lemon Tree Wellness is a delightful space that meets and integrates your wellness needs. Heidi is spectacular! I felt safe and encouraged in just the right way when guided by Heidi. I can't wait to go back! It truly does feel like a sanctuary on your healing journey. Thank you Heidi!
I have been a regular client of Heidi's for ~10 years. Her knowledge, skill and experience as an instructor are ever present and she applies them in a very client-centric manner. This welcome approach means I always feel Heidi operates with an awareness of my skill level (pushing that level in a way I appreciate!) as well as any body-idiosyncrasies that happen to be at play. Heidi made the transition from in-person to online classes seamlessly. I look forward to my virtual classes with Heidi just as much as I looked forward to my in-person visits to the studio.
Heidi is an exceptional Pilates instructor! Her warmth and sincere presence allow for deep transformation. I have never before felt so seen and affirmed as I do in her intimate class setting. She integrates an empowering holistic approach and facilitates deep exploration of each students unique shape. With her intuitive, dynamic and inspiring guidance I am feeling stronger than ever and trust that my ultimate health and fitness goals are achievable. I highly recommend Portland Pilates Collective
Had a private Pilates session with Heidi Weiss - very impressed. She tailored the session to fit my goals, was super knowledgeable about ways to modify the equipment and exercises for my body, had precise feedback for my alignment, and yet made the whole session fun and inspiring. The time flew by! I left feeling lighter and more engaged with my body.
I had my first ever pilates lesson yesterday with Heidi. What a treat. I was worried about not knowing what to do, but she made it super easy to understand and really put me at ease. I do yoga and run, but this is a whole new way of movement that I hadn't explored. I have a shoulder injury and I see this working well in conjunction with Chiropractic and massage. Alice Palmeri is an LMT right in the same space and she's fantastic as well. Definitely recommend!
