I've been going to KZ therapy for almost two years since August of 2023 and have been with two therapists in that time, an intern and the founder, and I have nothing but great things to say. I've gotten so much support with my mental health and I always leave feeling happy. There are therapy animals and they really make the therapy all the better. In the time I've been getting therapy at KZ, I've improved my relationships, my environment, my mental health and understanding of myself. I'm in a great place thanks to KZ and have solid support there. I'm probably gonna keep going to KZ as long as I live here or it exists.

Without any warning I was told that my therapist was no longer with KZ therapy and was given no way to contact her or continue receiving care after almost a year together. It was made clear to me that it was not my therapist's choice to leave, nor were there issues with clients that would warrant her removal. I am extremely disappointed that I was not given the chance to follow my therapist, nor was she given the opportunity to reach out to her clients. I was told to google my therapist periodically and wait until she appears with a new clinic. While I am not in immediate need of a new provider, I can only imagine how her other clients must feel after suddenly losing their kind, empowering, and trusted therapist.
