Even in the short time that we have been working together, I have learned so much more about my ADHD and tips, tricks and strategies to try and live a better day-to-day life. It feels so amazing to be validated, understood and supported!
Working with Jess has been a transformative experience for me. She has introduced tools and techniques that have significantly improved my efficiency at work and helped me be happier at home. She’s specifically effective with procrastination, overcoming rejection, and helping you understand why things happen. If you’re seeking confident and positive navigation through ADHD complexities, I highly recommend Jess!

Jess has been an amazing ADHD coach. Honestly she has really helped me finally embrace my unique way of being in the world and I now just accepted a dream job that I found after a brainstorm with her. Highly recommend!
I remember meeting Jess for the first time during a workshop she led and knew RIGHT AWAY that I needed to work. She has been the first person to help me understand the superpowers of my neurodivergent brain and given me tools in those moments where I feel like I am going to drown in my own ADHD. Jess is the perfect blend of direct, bold, and always with a sprinkle of "let's not take ourselves too seriously here". Working with Jess has helped me as a mother, founder, and most importantly, as a perfectly imperfect human.
Jess's Coaching was so much more helpful than any other ADHD treatment I've partaken in. Coaching should really be a prerequisite for Meds and other treatment. I've learned so much about myself and how I can thrive in a world that is not designed around me. The aspect I was most surprised about was just how basic some of my needs are that had not been addressed. Learning to reframe an issue in my mind has been hugely helpful. Insights I've had through the process have changed how I see my Ideal work processes, and helped me confidently turn down the volume of distractions from social media, online infotainment, and so many other "shiny objects" that I'd been convinced were necessary in my life. Thanks Jess, it's been an absolute pleasure.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jess as she guided me through my Human Design chart. From the very beginning, Jess's expertise was evident. She was not only thorough in her approach but also incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all my questions with clarity and depth. What stood out to me most was Jess's ability to provide insights on aspects of my life and personality that I was previously unaware of. Her guidance was eye-opening, helping me to understand myself in a new and profound way. Throughout our session, Jess's kindness and understanding created a comfortable and supportive environment, making my journey of self-discovery both enlightening and enjoyable. For anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves and their path in life, I wholeheartedly recommend Jess. Her professionalism, combined with her intuitive and insightful approach, makes her an exceptional coach. Thank you, Jess, for such a transformative experience!
Jess is an incredible coach, capable of helping her clients explore, identify, and prioritize the most impactful challenges for them to work on based on their goals. Creativity, empathy, and love underpin her approach, and she masterfully holds those who work with her accountable for their success while maintaining a safe space to make mistakes without shame and learn from setbacks. Jess encourages her clients to find fulfillment by embracing their most authentic selves, and I'd strongly recommend her to anyone looking for an insightful partner to help navigate their ADHD.
