I have 2 children who attend Climb and have worked with their staff for 3.5 years. This is a safe place for child development and I always feel secure when dropping my kids off with their techs. The communication with the team is amazing and they truly work on an individual basis with each child knowing that not every person fits in to the same mold. We have loved seeing our children’s progress in so many ways and would recommend this clinic whole heartedly. ♥️
Our son has been attending Climb for the past four years, and the growth we’ve seen in him has been incredible. His ability to communicate, independence with daily living skills, coordination, and social engagement have all developed in meaningful, lasting ways. What truly sets Climb apart is the environment Casey has created. It’s structured in a way that gives the children a real “school-like” experience, while still meeting them exactly where they are. Our boy is not only learning—he’s happy, content, and genuinely thriving. The quality of the team at Climb is outstanding. Every staff member we’ve interacted with is professional, highly trained, and deeply knowledgeable in their field. It’s clear they are carefully selected and well-supported, and they consistently bring patience, skill, and genuine care into every session. Their commitment to delivering effective, individualized therapy is evident in the way they approach each child with intention and respect, always focused on meaningful progress. As parents, nothing matters more than knowing your child is safe, understood, and cared for. The team at Climb consistently provides that. The staff are highly trained, patient, and deeply committed to each child’s progress and well-being. We’re so grateful to have found a place where our son is supported and encouraged every single day. We wholeheartedly recommend Climb to any family looking for a nurturing, structured, and effective ABA program.
These people really care and work magic with children. My daughter is non verbal and speaks on a tablet because of them. They also have a safe place for kids. Always evolving for the kids better.
I had started process for my child to get services here. I gave them insurance cards and all documents to get started; they ghosted me and haven’t heard from them since.
Climb has been an absolute honor to work with. Casey (the owner), Isaac (assistant clinical director), supervisory staff, admin, and behavior techs have all been such a dream team. Their compassion, understanding, and empathy for their clients is truly something that you don’t come by often nowadays. Clients are truly prioritized and at the forefront day in and day out. You can definitely see everyone’s hearts in their work.
My husband and I have been told by our son’s school and his speech therapist that this place is incredible for kids with autism who need extra help. We have been with Autism learning partners on Barbur blvd in the past for 2 years (1st and 2nd grade) and they were incredible (Ian specifically). When my husband and I called on speaker together to set up an appointment today to discuss our options, I spoke with Issac who immediately asked my son’s age. I told Issac that my son was 9 and he stopped me there and said “our cut off is ages 9-10…. I could put you on the waiting list but your son would not be a ‘priority’ due to his age. We work with younger kids which makes it difficult. Maybe one of our older kids would discharge but it’s not likely.” I replied with “thank you for your honesty, we will let the people who have been suggesting you guys know your cut off.” Honestly I understand this completely due to the safety of younger children and the unknown behaviors of an older autistic child… But I never mentioned anything about my son except for his age. I suggest this company maybe update their website with their “cut off” age? So parents don’t have to waste their time calling.
Absolutely amazing. My daughter has been there for almost 3 years. They challenge her and teach her. She makes new progress everyday. Casey and her team have changed my daughters life in a positive way.
My son started talking so much more after he started this program. The teachers and managers are very kind and the facility is so nice.
Our child's behavior got worse after taking him to Climb Behavioral Solutions. First of all, the owner lied about the reason for discharge, just to make herself look good. She also did not give us any warning or notice whatsoever that she planned to discharge. The owner repeatedly demanded that we get a 2nd head CT on my son and threatened that he'd be discharged if we didn't - even though she knew very well that several doctors had advised against it and said it wasn't necessary. Despite everything we were told by doctors, the owner frequently texted me, and was always trying to make up things that were "wrong" with my child. She even encouraged us to leave the pediatrician I was going to because the pediatrician agreed with all the other doctors; that scans/x-rays were not necessary. We were supposed to have monthly meetings. We were there 14 months and only had one meeting and it wasn't until 11 months after we started. The owner not only had poor communication with us but also with her staff. They were hardly ever on the same page, which made things a little frustrating and chaotic. There were several times I would get texts from 3 different people, including the owner, saying the exact same thing. So even though they work under the same roof, they do not communicate with each other. They have been very disorganized and unprofessional and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
