I’ve had the opportunity to know Jen Miller as a colleague for many years, and I refer to her often. She has a wonderful and caring approach that is individualized to patient needs. She takes extra time to understand each person and look at their health through a holistic lens, understanding when medication is needed vs other approaches. She is a top notch psychiatric provider in Colorado Springs and I highly recommend her.
As a business owner living and working in a fast-paced environment, I value professionals who truly deliver and my experience here has been excellent. The team has been consistently supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in my well-being. They take the time to listen and tailor treatment in a way that actually works. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and results-driven team, I highly recommend them.
I felt genuinely listened to and respected. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and I appreciated the calm, grounded way Jake created space for honest conversation, even when I struggled to find the right words. That sense of being heard made it easier for me to open up and engage in the process. This experience helped me feel more understood and supported in managing my mental health, and it reinforced that seeking care is a positive and important step. I’m grateful for the approach and the impact it had on me.

I had an excellent experience with this psychiatric provider. From the very first appointment, they were compassionate, attentive, and truly took the time to understand my concerns. I never felt rushed, and they created a comfortable space where I could openly talk without judgment. Their approach is both professional and genuinely caring. They explained everything clearly, listened carefully, and worked with me to find the best treatment plan. I felt heard, respected, and supported throughout the entire process. What really stands out is their dedication to patient well-being. They follow up thoughtfully and make sure you’re progressing in a way that feels right for you. It’s clear they are passionate about what they do and truly want to help their patients succeed. I highly recommend this provider to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and reliable psychiatrist.
