I can't recommend Amber highly enough. Amber has helped me identify food sensitivities, almost entirely resolved my psoriasis (it will always be there, but I no longer have flares), helped me regulate my irregular menstrual cycle, and reduce my stress levels, among other things. I love her approach because it's not focused on just medicating symptoms, but treating the body as a whole system and identifying the root cause of symptoms. I've learned so much about sleep hygiene, diet, nutrition, and the drivers of inflammation and other imbalances since I started working with her. She's been more helpful to me than any doctor I've ever worked with.
Amber Swanson is excellent at taking care of the whole person. She is warm, engaging and thorough.
After years of doctor visits and tests, no one was able to figure out what was ailing me. Only solutions given were pain meds to cover the symptoms. I went to see Amber who was recommended by a friend. She helped me figure out what was going on and reverse the damage. I am now feeling myself again finally. Because of her, my life was turned around and I am again able to live my life without constant digestion troubles. I recommend her to anyone who needs a solution to health issues.
Amber has been a total lifesaver!! After out initial success with my son, when the original office closed...we left in limbo on what to do next. To say that I am grateful that Amber chose to stat her own business is an understatement! We spent 5 years in and out of specialists for my young son doing countless protocols and regimes to try and improve his skin/behavior/sleep/ Everyone admitted he had allergies...but no one knew where to go or what to do when elimination of 20+ foods along with gut healing supplements went nowhere for him. Amber has a real gift in figuring out what direction to go. Some things require patience and experimentation...but my son can eat almost all foods again...and when he gets out of whack...she is the only one who helps us get him back on track again. If all your doctors visits are getting you no answers or results (like us!), I strongly encourage you to give Amber a try! As a some additional proof, I have sent many friends her way and many have had great results too!
