From the first greeting, this has been a pleasant and warm experience. A person, not a machine, answered the phone. Em and Nate were professional and genuinely caring. They answered all of my questions and even provided some information I didn't know I needed. My appointment is sooner than expected. I am looking forward to working with the staff.

They are neglectful, incompetent, financially abusive, emotionally abusive, and manipulative. Office set up leaves little room for privacy especially concerning sound; I have overheard therapists talking negatively among one another about clients. I was rejected by Licensed Nurse Practitioner, after being referred by my therapist inside the building. Mental Health medications was outside of her range of expertise. There are Spiritual Practices being done without pastoral accordance or at least a Theology Degree. Unlicensed personnel make up most of the building. The place is networked off a group of buddies and promotes nepotism.

If you don’t have time to read a long review, let us tell you in the first sentence that Nate Bagley is an AMAZING therapist - the best we've ever known - and highly recommend him. Nate works at Bridge City Counseling, and everyone we encountered at this office was friendly, caring and professional. Our direct experience is with Nate, so let's talk about him. He has more than one area he specializes in. The two of us saw him for couples counseling. We had some pretty intense issues we were dealing with, but nothing fazed him. Some of our issues were common. However, some of our baggage was relatively rare, but Nate deftly managed it all, as if he had seen it a thousand times before. He is probably in his late 30s, (as of 2013) but you'd think he has been practicing for decades. He's a natural. His own website doesn’t do him justice. After you meet him in person you'll probably see what we're talking about. Our first consultation was free, so hopefully he still offers that. We started out our relationship with serious and complicated issues, but things have been great, and since then we got married and have a baby who just turned 9 months old. We don’t think any of this would have happened without our luck in finding this highly skilled and easy to talk to therapist. We don’t normally write such fawning reviews. But Nate is truly that good. Sincerely, Dan and Jane (Not our real names)
