I scheduled an appointment on a referral from United Healthcare, which was about two weeks from th the requested date. The night beforehand, after I had made arrangements to be on the video consultation from work, I received a notice that the appointment had been cancelled, with an invitation to reserve another date and time. I did so, and waited another two weeks for the next available opening. This time, the appointment was confirmed, but Dr. Brian Tucker, Psy.D., LLC did not show up for the call. I was on five minutes early and stayed on until the time our appointment was scheduled to conclude. After being ghosted on our confirmed appointment, I then called his office to make an appointment over the phone, went straight to voicemail, left a message, and never heard back. So, now I'm back at square one looking for a doctor after having wasted over a month to speak with him. This is a matter of health, not just a casual experience, and I'm extremely disappointed that there is no better way than leaving a Google review to report medical malpractice along this line. Extremely disappointed.
