A part of me wants to leave a 1 star review so I can get in super quick, however, that is a grave disservice to the wonderful humans who make the magic happen. If I could rate at 6 stars, I would. Everyone is super nice, the facility is welcoming, and the care top notch.

I had a wonderful massage and my Massage therapist was so kind and was very helpful breaking down their consent based & trauma informed care. They listened when I needed more/less pressure and accommodations.I Will definitely be recommending them to my friends who need quality care at a sustainable price.

I go to Kirah and my partner sees Killeen. Both are amazing. I have thought about getting massages a few times over the years but was too uncomfortable. This place was recommended to me because of how open, warm, and accommodating they are and I am so thankful!

my session with Killeen was so gentle and restorative! i thought i needed deep tissue massage (and the accompanying bruises) to release the fascia around my body, but Killeen used a skin rolling technique that was every bit as effective without the pain! immediately booked another session after the first (and I'm a picky customer for massage and body work). so highly recommend for the care they offer to the whole person!

Clean, quiet, welcoming practice. Instantly felt safe and valued by my massage therapist Kirah (They/Them). They're super respectful, down to earth, passionate, and skilled when it comes to providing healing bodywork. I'm so excited to see them weekly and build a therapeutic rapport. Just wish I'd found this practice sooner!!

My boss gave me a gift card here for my end of year gift which already was awesome to have a free massage, but to top it off my massage therapist, Jamie was awesome! It is difficult for me to fully relax during massages typically due to a history of trauma and PTSD. I legitimately dozed off briefly, several times within the hour, which says a lot about the environment that Jamie created in that space. Jamie's technique was also just the right combination of deep tissues and relaxation. Will be going back!

I would highly recommend Be Abundant Bodywork and Jamie True, LMT. I've been seeing Jamie for at least 2 years now. She combines skill and intuition to find and address painful and problem areas. She's done all different kinds of massage on me from your "standard" massage/relaxation, to myofascial, craniosacral, oral (for jaw pain), abdominal and more. I've seen many massage therapists over the years and she is one of the best I've experienced. I also appreciate the queer, POC, and body positive friendliness of both Jamie and the office. I also like the ease of the online option for booking. I have seen her during COVID and feel safe and like extra precautions are taken to keep her and her clients healthy (clients wear masks, she wears a mask, she checks temp before entry, and you wash your hands before the massage. You even get your own hand towel for the bathroom which you throw in the hamper at the end of your visit). The only reason I wouldn't recommend Jamie is because I don't want to compete with others for an appointment!

Jamie is one of most amazing massage therapists I've ever had. She applies great pressure and is wonderful with communication. As a low income patient it has been amazing to receive such wonderful bodywork. I have less back pain and am able to move more freely. Shannon and Cat when they work together for craniosacral are fantastic. They are both so soothing and I feel like I can transcend and heal parts of me I didn't know were broken.

Jamie has a true gift. I highly recommend her as she will do her best to help resolve your pain and find the source. She does a great job integrating all of her massage techniques in the session to adjust for different needs of the body. I felt well cared for and am always thankful for her time.

I've seen Shannon at Be Abundant Bodywork for craniosacral therapy treatments, and she is amazing - beyond being super knowledgeable and effective in her work, she is incredibly welcoming and kind. I love our conversations before and after treatment to talk about what I'm hoping to have her work on and what she observed while working. As someone who is new to CST, I recommend Shannon and Be Abundant Bodywork so highly as a way to learn about this modality and incorporate it into your self-care.
