Antonia is such a wonderful therapist. I’ve seen her for I think maybe five years now? She supported me through a lot of hard times. Working with her helped me to learn a lot about mindfulness and my anxiety. She helped me get through things like divorce, adoption processing, polyamory, moving, chronic pain, job changes, - all kinds of life changes. I highly recommend working with her. You will always be greeted by a warm, safe and caring person. Antonia is very consistent, professional, and easy to communicate with. I especially recommend Antonia for anyone who is in need of mindfulness work. I’m so very grateful for all of her care and support over the years.
