I wish I could give Sandy 10 stars. She's an absolute gem. I go to her for waxing, she's quick, professional and so caring. She's just everything you'd want from a waxing professional, makes me feel comfortable, is accomodating, senses your energy and has even been known to put some moisturiser on my face when my skin was looking dry (even though that's not what I was there for). Would recommend her in a heartbeat.

I had a horrible experience at this body waxing place. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted at all, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I did arrive late and I apologised for this. I do believe the directions she gave me were not very clear, especially as I do not live in that area. She disagreed with this, but once you walk behind the hub there is another house, and I was unsure whether I should continue walking or if I had gone the wrong way. This confusion is what caused me to be late, but she did not want to hear my explanation. The therapist told me she had changed my appointment time and had texted me about it, saying it would impact her day. This was not true — the only message I ever received from her was directions on how to get there. There were no messages about any changes to my appointment. When I explained that I had booked the appointment for 4:00, she became increasingly angry and accused me of lying, insisting that I was wrong. This made the situation very uncomfortable and upsetting. After all of this, she told me I would need to hurry up and get on the couch so she could start the treatment. I agreed and apologised again, but she did not move at all and it was very clear she did not want to carry out the treatment. Because of this, I said that I felt it was best for me to leave, as it was obvious she did not wish to go ahead. Her response was simply, “Okay, bye.” I left without receiving any treatment. As this was my first experience, I was left heartbroken and extremely upset, especially after seeing so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, on this occasion, I was met with nothing but negativity and rudeness. — Carmel

★☆☆☆☆ I Wish I Could Give This Place –1 Stars I’m honestly stunned at how awful my visit was. I walked in expecting a simple waxing appointment, and instead I got some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with. To make things even worse, I ended up wasting my money because I didn’t even receive the service I booked. I left with nothing done, feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely unheard. At that point, it wasn’t just disappointing it felt like a total scam. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. There are plenty of other businesses that actually treat customers with basic respect and deliver the service they promise. This one is absolutely not worth it.

Absolutely pampering experience! My first visit to Therapies By Sandy, and I'm delighted. Sandy is knowledgeable and professional. She combines diverse techniques for my full body massage. All the products she uses are top quality. She also applied a hair mask which was an unexpected lovely surprise. Her place is very welcoming, warm, and zen. The whole atmosphere contributed to my pampering experience. I'm looking forward to exploring more of her therapies, and of course more massages.

This was my first visit. I was presently surprised, what a warm cosy spiritual place Sandy has. I had a full body massage. Sandy made me feel relaxed, with music and soft lighting in a lovely room. The massage was amazing just what I needed as I was stressed and my body ached. I’m now all chilled, calm and so relaxed. Would highly recommend having a treatment from Sandy. I have booked my next massage too.

My first time visiting. Very professional woman with strong, magical hands. Small business. Parking space is a bit small but I was able to manage a luxury saloon in there. Highly recommended.

Sandy is wonderful and highly professional. I had a back massage after building up some tension and tightness in my upper back and shoulders; Sandy was targeted and knew exactly what to do to relieve the tension. A few weeks later and I still feel the improvement! I felt in good hands with Sandy as she obviously cares a lot about her practice. Highly recommended!

Sandy is a true gem in Earlsdon, I went there for some waxing and was put at ease straight away, very professional and did a great job, with no rash or bruises, I will be going back when I need to and highly recommend her
