I recently had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Navi, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Navi was extremely professional and created a calm, relaxing environment throughout. Wow! What can I say. I had my first upper body massage with Navi today and it was just incredible! Since the age of 18 and now I’m 44. I’ve been wasting my money seeing a chiropractor. I left Navi. With an aligned posture released muscles and generally feeling like a new person. I can not recommend her enough. I will definitely be back and won’t be going to the chiropractor again! Thanks Navi. I was struggling with pain in the wrist tendon, shoulder and left side of the back. after visiting what a nice person Navinder is and her wonderful therapy, I will be able to go back to training again. I went to Nu Yu Therapies on Friday and had an hour treatment - which went well over that because My muscles were so tense and I was lob sided which I did not even know! Navi was so attentive to every muscle and knows exactly what she is doing and where she needs to focus on! Never met any professional so caring and attentive to your personal needs. I was standing straighter by the end of the treatment and feel much better in myself. I have Fibromyalgia and am in pain everyday but Navi has helped reduce that pain immensely! I highly recommend this wonderful lady who makes you feel like you matter! Thank you Navi I will be back 😁

Navi is fantastic.... Always puts 100% effort into the work she does and really does take alot of pride in her work. I have had numerous sports massages with her and she has rectified all of my issues with my shoulders and back. She knows the areas that have the issues and fixes them every single time. I will continue to go to Navi on a regular basis, as for me my sports massage is as important as my training is. Not to mention the great chats we have.... I look forward to my next visit

Absolutely amazing! Navi really knows what she is doing. She was able to find knots in places I didn't know there were knots! Corrected my posture and I felt more loose and flexible than i have ever felt! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
