I commissioned Marie to create a series of bespoke workshops designed to encourage improved confidence, self esteem and to support adults into recovery. The proposed client group had various vulnerabilities and experiences of trauma. Marie was able to competently adapt her practice to meet the varying needs. She was able to support ongoing engagement with people who had previously been resistant. The sessions got some great outcomes and exceeded expectations. So much so we refined the offer and ran several cohorts. Including a specific womens series and another cohort targeting young people leaving care.

I would highly recommend Maria, she helped me get through a bereavement I thought I could never come to terms with . She is a very approachable , genuine practitioner with lots of lived experiences with the issues I struggled with . I also attended a meditation group that Marie facilitated , where we explored visual imagery . I am a mindfulness teacher and I found this very helpful, it allowed me to open up and recognise emotional blocks or feelings that dominated my thinking.
