I was diagnosed as autistic by resolve 2 years ago. My experience from start to finish was fantastic. They were considerate and thorough with every step. I was very anxious and going through a lot at the time but they made the process easier for me. The diagnosis/assessment paper came through a couple weeks after the final stage of assessment I believe, and it was thorough and my traits of autism were checked on multiple levels. I was also given advice to learn more and suggestions for adjustments that could help me. They also sent my diagnosis to my doctors and have answered any questions since and been really helpful. I went with resolve due to the incredibly long waiting lists on the NHS and due to what I was going through at the time. I don't regret it - it was worth the cost to gain such am irreplaceable level of self understanding that put me on a path to self acceptance. Thanks to my diagnosis I've been able to access support that has allowed me to gain and keep a job with support and I truly do not believe this would have been at all possible without my diagnosis. The assessor was also knowledgeable of masking and atypical presentation of autism such as in autistic women.

I was seeking an ASD assessment for adults. I have done quite an extensive research on those that offer clinically approved tests/interviews and got in touch with a few that I liked most. From the first email, Resolve was professional, prompt and friendly, providing me all the details I needed to feel safe and welcomed throughout the process. The report they sent was comprehensive and produced super fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for diagnosis.

Dr Jennifer Glover carried out the ASD assessments for both of our sons and she was fantastic - caring, professional and highly responsive to emails. We received well written, detailed reports which the school are using to support our newly diagnosed children. We also liked that we weren’t pressured into ADHD and cognitive assessments, as they weren’t necessary for our sons.

I cannot thank Jennifer and the team at Resolve enough for assessing my child for ASD & ADHD in such a kind, stress-free and timely manner. We struggled for years to get a referral via CAMHS and when we finally did, we were told it would take at least another two years to be seen. Resolve managed to assess, diagnose and provide a detailed report with excellent recommendations, all within a couple of months. My child will now be able to start the new school year with an ASD & ADD diagnosis and get the support they need.

I'm so grateful that Jennifer was pointed out to me as the psychologist to go to in the Midlands. The revelations via assessment for my daughter and myself have been monumental in helping to alleviate the guilt and shame for never quite fitting in and to allow my daughter to become an adult comfortable with her quirks. My son will see Jennifer next year at some point once we have relaxed into our new found status as a family of Neuro-divergent individuals. I recommend this service wholeheartedly.

Jennifer recently diagnosed my son with ASD shortly followed by ADHD and I cannot recommend her enough. We received the incredibly detailed reports very quickly and Jennifer was on hand to answer any questions or worries we had. Her manner was professional and approachable and she made my son feel comfortable and happy - I would not hesitate to use her services again.

Jennifer recently assessed my son for ASD & ADHD combined with the additional QB test and provided me with a really thorough report, which had lots of helpful recommendations that can now be implemented to help my son. Jennifer was there to answer any queries I had whether it was via phone or email. She is a brilliant listener and made me and my son feel very comfortable. Being a mum to two boys who have SEN I knew going down this route to see Jennifer was the better option than to wait many years for help, support and advice from Camhs - like I previously done with my eldest. It is a shame I did not know about her then but I am so grateful for her time, kindness and help she has given me and my youngest son to now help him flourish. I would highly recommend Jennifer. Following a very lengthy battle with my sons school, CAMHs and other professionals on my sons behaviours, I contacted Jennifer last year and agreed an appointment for the end of March. It was organised that he would be assessed for ASD and ADHD. The process itself was very clear and straight forward. Although there are a lot of forms to complete, these helped give an insight to what goes on especially during the current restrictions. Jennifer and I began with an initial call to discuss my son which lasted 2 hours but went into detail about him and his struggles. A couple of days later my son and I visited the clinic for the final part of the assessment and that was it. I was informed it could take up to 2 weeks for the final report to come through but it arrived just a week later on the Monday. The report was extremely detailed and extensive, but most importantly it confirmed my feelings, which is that my son had ASD and ADHD. The report also noted suggestions in ways that will help meet his needs for home and school. As a parent of a child who was always seen as "just a naughty boy" for over 4 years, it was reassuring that I could notice there was something more to him and the private route was worth it otherwise I would still be waiting a further 3 years for this outcome. Jennifer also followed up with a call to discuss the report as it was a lot to absorb and take in, whilst offering reassurances too. I can not thank Resolve Psychological Services enough for their support and would recommend them to anyone who is seeking an answer in their child's or their own assessments, as the "normal way" is a very long battle and waiting game which can sometimes cause more harm than good.

Resolve Psychological Services Ltd and Dr Jennifer Glover have been an integral part of my family's journey in finding support and a diagnosis for my son. From our first point of contact, emails, phone calls and clinic assessment I do not think the whole process could of been more straightforward. Dr Glover understood my son, his needs and his masking behaviour. Now we can ensure he receives the support he needs in school to flourish and reach his potential.

We have worked with Jennifer for nearly 3 years now. We approached the service when we had concerns in regard to our son and from the start having the initial assessment we felt at ease and then the ASD assessment followed we felt supported and most of all our child was supported. In the words of our son who sees Jennifer regularly for sessions "shes nice to talk to, she helps me alot". Jennifer has continually supported us through different hurdles we have faced and she is always happy to discuss with other professionals involved in our sons care her views and more importantly his voice. We have feedback from sessions and throughly written reports they help us gain a better understanding of our child so we can help him in every day life. We owe alot to Jennifer and her team. I cant recommend her enough.
