Didn't know what to expect as never been to a physio before. I saw Jane and she was brilliant, asked so many questions and made me feel totally at ease. After several tests she gave me exercises to do which have also been sent to me and I will see her again in a couple of weeks. I came away with a greater understanding of what is actually happening with my body and would definitely recommend seeing her if you have any issues. Thank you Jackie
I've just had a fantastic appointment with Sue at Pilgrims. I can't recommend seeing Sue enough. I had seen a previous physio regarding an issue I was having with my left leg. This previous physio didn't assess me and just gave me some generic exercises. Sue listened to me, asked questions, and gave me a full physical assessment. I felt she really wanted and was interested in getting to the bottom of the issue. She was incredibly knowledgeable and tested and retested until she had a full picture of my issue. I have come away from the appointment with a good understanding of what is happening and exercises specific to my needs. Thank you Sue!
Just want to say thankyou - I have started playing tennis again and all is good; so, so grateful and well done for stopping me from starting again too soon! Really big thankyou and would highly recommend in every respect.
I visited Pilgrim about eight weeks ago with a painful knee which my GP said was arthritis Joanne immediately said the problem was weakness in the thigh muscles and gave me exercises with detailed explanation There was improvement after a couple of weeks and after continuing with the exercises I am pain free and more mobile I cannot thank Joanne enough and thoroughly recommend her Ian Smedley
I saw Joanna at Pilgrim Phsio Practice following my recent poor service experienced with my previous Physio centee. Joanna is exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable and professional. You walk away feeling you were blessed to have discovered her. Look forward to sorting out my little niggles. Thank you.
Fantastic advice - highly recommended!
