I’ve had a wonderful experience at Sage PT. From the moment you arrive, Steven at the front desk creates a warm, attentive environment that immediately puts you at ease. I’ve worked with both Deb and Kristi, and they are exceptional therapists, highly skilled and truly attentive in their care. Thanks to their work, I’ve regained mobility and strength after a long period using walking devices and have returned to regular workouts with confidence and proper form. What truly sets Sage PT apart is the dedicated one-hour sessions and highly personalized approach. There is no cookie-cutter treatment here, everything is tailored to what your body actually needs. Sage PT helped me feel strong and confident in my body again, and that’s priceless.

After having multiple surgeries for pelvic conditions I finally sought out pelvic floor PT after hearing about positive results for others with my same health issues. I have been working with Sarah Benditt for over six weeks now and I am tremendously grateful for the help and guidance as I’ve rebuilt strength and learned how to support my body in recovering from the impacts of multiple surgeries and trying to get back to activities I love like hiking and snowboarding. I feel much more stable and Sarah has been wonderfully supportive in answering my many questions and adapting how we work on rebuilding muscle and loosening tightness in my low back, thinking holistically not just about what kinds of stretches/exercises we do, but also fitting it into my everyday life. Aside from the very positive experience with Sarah, I’ve found the whole facility and the front desk person Steven to be welcoming and supportive. A great group of people helping people feel better! Highly recommend to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Kristi is such a multi-talented physical therapist! She’s quick to understand complex physical issues and then uses her amazing toolkit of skills to make it better. She helped me with back and hip pain that I’d almost given up on. Highly recommend!

My seven-year-old daughter, Ellis, uses a wheelchair after getting in an accident. Though she is partially paralyzed, the therapists here worked their socks off to save her from total paralysis. Thanks to a great therapist, my girl is strong again.

I have been working with Kathleen Caples for over a year now and cannot recommend her more highly. I've had knee pain since fifth grade and have been to so many PTs who ultimately never really solved the problem. I had given up on PT completely, but eventually the pain got so bad I decided to try one more time. Within the first 15 minutes of my first appointment with Kathleen, she immediately discovered the source of my pain and explained why I had been struggling so much with pain from running and exercise. There has not been a single problem that Kathleen hasn't been able to solve and I have learned SO MUCH from her. Even just one appointment here could really change your life. If you have given up on physical therapy or just given up on your body and having a pain free life, please try Sage!

Great first time experience with physical therapy. Setting up an appointment online through their website was direct, easy, and fast! The staff here are so kind and very welcoming. Hopefully never getting injured again, but if I ever had any issues or concerns I'd be back here in a heartbeat. Learned so much and always felt taken care of. I had sessions with Thomas Li. He's very knowledgeable and instantly made me feel comfortable being there. Highly recommend this place!

I can’t say enough about Thomas and the entire team at Sage PT! After injuring both of my ACLs, Thomas was there every step of the way—helping me through PT after my first surgery, guiding me through prehab before my second surgery, and supporting me through my recovery for the second. He’s not only an incredible physical therapist but also a genuinely kind person who made each session something to look forward to. The whole staff, including Steven at the front desk, is welcoming and kind, making every visit a positive experience. I’ve truly enjoyed every moment at Sage PT and am so grateful for the care and support I received!

For the first time in years I have experienced improvements in my chronic hamstring problems. Kathleen took me seriously and was determined to get to the source of my pain. Kerry is a pro at dry needling; I have been amazed by the results. I now understand so much more about how my body works and how to take care of it. The entire staff at Sage is friendly and professional. Thank you!

Kathleen Caples absolutely saved me. She resolved my pelvic floor issues in 3 visits and I felt so bad cancelling future appointments, but they didn't feel necessary any more (since she is just that good at her job). She REALLY knows her stuff and is also the most personable, kind, warm and funny person. When another body part breaks down I'll be leaping at the opportunity to work with her again. Thank you so much, Kathleen.

I'm new to working with Kathleen but instantly, have been really taken with her and recommended her to a few friends--she's kind and intelligent and her methods feel approachable but spot on. I've already noticed my body is responding to the exercises she gave me. She answers all my questions and uses medical illustrations to teach me what muscles I'm specifically working on. I see her for pelvic floor work and since it's more specialized, it has been such a relief to see her and realize that I can make the changes I need to. Shout out to Steven at the front desk who's so nice and makes scheduling so easy.
