Dr Adler was brought in to my legal case as a plaintiff’s expert witness up against one of the largest retail pharmaceutical companies in the US. Having experienced a severe septic event in 2019, it left me feeling confused cognitively, it change my personality and impacted my memory. I had two more non related events that magnified the first. I did not meet Dr Adler until sometime in 2023 I believe. My legal team ordered a QEEG (it had been used on another case). As shocking and overwhelming as it is to learn to function after a brain injury, the validation from the test was life changing. Dr Adler is very detailed, organized and methodical in his process and execution of approach. His support staff is kind, friendly and always professional. During a very challenging time, Dr Adler’s review of my case and testimony at trial were key parts of the success that my team worked tirelessly for. Dr Adler’s Expert Testimony helped provide a clear picture to jurors who were able to deliver a unanimous verdict as the first Sepsis Associated Encephalopathy case in Washington State. Mahalo Dr Adler!
