I was recommended this place by my primary. I couldn't even get an initial session with a therapist because of their absolutely disrespectful reception staff. How this place has 5 star reviews is beyond me and suspicious. Multiple times I tried to call to get something scheduled, and multiple staff members belittled and yelled at me because of THEIR mistakes, like spelling my name right in order to send me an email with the paperwork. Or questioning my identity just because I have both a masculine name and a higher voice. I don't know what stresses this staff is under that causes them to act this way towards people who are just trying to find mental health resources, but it is absolutely unacceptable. EDIT 4/15/26 In the last three days this office has called me 4 times, texted 2 times, and sent 2 emails. I blocked their number, texted and emailed them to please leave me alone and once again in writing telling them my complaints and why I will not be seeing them and why I wrote the review weeks ago originally. They have spammed me and been EVEN MORE UNPROFESSIONAL. This is ridiculous like take the obvious hints and me clearly saying "stop contacting me" like I do not recommend this office to anyone else and I will tell my primary office to stop recommending this office to people because i am gagged at the unprofessional and just rude treatment. This office is not 5 stars worthyππ
I love the convenience of the app and virtual visits. Sharon is amazing at what she does she's thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate her.
Sharon is amazing. Really easy to talk to and understand her treatment plan. I like that she listens to what I need help with and works together to to help find the right dosage that helps me live my life again like a normal person. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs help.
Julie is so thoughtful, genuine and so welcoming. She actually hears you when you tell her about comcerns and is so non judgmental. I appreciate her more than she knows and the impact her compassion has had on my life and overall being. Thank you Julie for seeing me as me.
Easy Kind Understanding
I absolutely love my provider Dr. Julie Nyugen. She is so kind and understanding. She not only treats me with respect and compassion but also like I'm an equal in my care Not in the backseat just along for the ride while someone else calls all the shots. I appreciate how well she explains things involving which direction we're going rather than just letting me make uninformed decisions. This place is very convenient because of the virtual care feature and very fast to get in/ be seen by someone. So glad I tried it out!
