Trying to coordinate appointments with the front desk is ridiculous. Nobody knows who or what kind of appointment needs to be booked for the patient.
I could not recommend Dr. Matty more. She has been invaluable in helping me understand and manage my ADHD. I only wish I had found her sooner!
TERRIBLE staff, I've never had appointments canceled THE DAY BEFORE due to clerical ease... Unbelievable. Go with a bigger more respectable organization.
My partner had an unbelievably disappointing experience with this clinic. She just moved here from out-of-state and was only looking for a new provider to help maintain the medication she already takes. In a fifteen-minute virtual appointment, the provider said she might be bipolar (WHAT!??) and didn't want to "hurt anyone" by refilling medication she ALREADY TAKES and has TAKEN FOR YEARS. My partner has now been without established treatment for 2 months, and after such a neglectful visit, this office failed to submit their paperwork to her insurance, and we received a bill for more than $500. Absolutely appalling lack of service, and the receptionist was very dismissive when we called about the bill.
Caring providers that make ADHD assessment and treatment easy. I've felt supported and heard at every interaction.
Susi Jones is a fantastic provider. She meets me where I am and doesn't try to apply one-size-fits-all logic to my care plan. She is always kind, understanding, and thoughtful. I really appreciate her approach!
If you haven’t been diagnosed with ADHD yet, they’re pretty good at getting you up to speed. However, if you’re already diagnosed and looking for a provider to manage your medication, you should look elsewhere—their intake process is unacceptably long for existing ADHD patients. If you already know your dosage from a previous doctor, it’s better to just work with your primary care physician instead or look for another place that doesn't have a long intake process and is willing to work with your previous provider. I wish I can give this place a higher star rating but I have very mixed results working with them.
I’ve had a great overall experience with PNW Virtual Health. The providers are caring, knowledgeable and provide great insight & guidance on finding the right solutions and treatment plans. The convenience of virtual appointments has made it extremely easy to manage and schedule as well! I have felt very validated, listened to and trusted in working with them which makes me more confident in trusting them as well.
I've never felt more cared for by any other doctor in my entire life. That includes every kind of doctor, not just psychiatrists. Susi is the best there is, and you should feel very comfortable talking to her, as well as trusting that she knows what she is doing. She 100% wants to help, and she's made a massive difference in my mental health.
Susi Jones has made a powerful positive impact on my daily life through her support around adult ADHD. She is prompt, professional, accessible, and tracks symptom management and improvement with care and empathy. I highly recommend her to anyone considering her services.
