Kevin is a MAGICIAN to say the least. I literally wish I could draw almost 10 more stars and post it on here. I have been seeing Kevin for almost 8 months now and I have never felt so better about myself and also within me. He literally just knows everything when you explain whatever issues you are facing. In my first visit, I told him my issues and he worked on every single issue (and more) with such accuracy and precision. Kevin does more than his homework for EVERY single client of his. His understanding of people is absolutely unparalleled. I had an accident in december and had been in back pain for weeks. But ONLY because of Kevin I was able to bounce back so early after the accident otherwise the internal injury could have been catastrophic. He got me the right help and the right time and it made so much difference to me that I OWE MY WELLNESS TO HIM. He and his team (Lacey) have ALWAYS been so helpful and generous that I do not see myself ever not visiting them. In terms of professionalism, Kevin has always been on top of all my appointments. He is that guy who helps you out by going WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. I have NEVER had any issues with my insurance. He is absolutely transparent about the whole process and educates you very well for as many times as you want. Kevin NEVER tried to sell anymore services, he is not one of those who would try to sell you anything that you don't need. He hasn't just treated me, in fact I brought 5 other friends of me here and we UNANIMOUSLY think we have found the most accurate person in the context of taking help in physical injuries and discomfort. You will only be helped here and I am 100% confident that you will feel better after taking treatment with Kevin. I can go on and on about my treatment here but he will be my point of contact to anyone and everyone for the rest of my life for any massage or physical wellness related queries. Keep up the great work the whole team of PNW Massage and Sport, you are one of the GEMS of Seattle. P.S: A few reviews here seem to be about fraud. I have never felt it that way here and I personally would be suspicious about the random reviews here.
Disappointed with follow up, billing and insurance claims I have never went to the therapy but they have charged my insurance 13 times. They have used my husband's insurance information and claimed for me also since for dependent its only a suffix change. They are using the free therapy credit from insurance company just like vaccination to get the amount from the insurance company without involving me. When I reached out to them, they told they will reverse the claim but its being more than a year but the claim is not yet reversed. I have filed appeal and complaint with my insurance company. Be cautious of sharing your insurance information to them as it stays in their file and they can use it anytime they want without your consent for claiming free therapy insurance credit just like the way it happened to me. Do check the claim history for you and your dependent periodically. Never utilize this as a method to reduce your deductible/out of pocket as its legally wrong.
This is a insurance gaming company. Please don't go there. They will take off your therapy credit and money from your insurance company without even telling you. It will take months to figure out that they have cheated you. You may be in jail as insurance company may think that you have cheated them instead. FYI Lacey doesn't know anything more than scheduling appointment so not sure why she was there. For all billing discrepancies you need to check Kevin only.
Fraud and being cheated. You will be in trouble. Please avoid this place. I had a very bad experience with them. When I first went there, they told that they will utilize the insurance and I just need to pay only 10$ copay. It seemed to be a better offer for me. But I realized later that they are basically an insurance gaming company. They will misuse your insurance details and will make false claim on your insurance for the service which was not provided without your approval. In my case I took service only once but they claimed bill for 10+ times without my approval. When I asked them they told that there is a mistake from billing end and told that they will never ask me to pay any copay/coinsurance for those 10+ additional claims. But in reality they utilized the minimal funds paid by insurance company as insurance company has a provision to provide 10+ free claims for therapy just like free vaccinations. If anyone want to double check my statement, then please reach out to your insurance provide and ask if they got similar 10+ claim from this company. Please don't go there as they will misuse your information for many years even if you are not going and its very hard to find out that they are misusing your information as its like a free vaccination claim which happens at back end. Worst case you will end up under law suit for misusing the insurance plans and claiming amount for the service which is not provided. You will also loss free therapy credit which is allocated for you in case of any future needs. And also this is not one of the best therapy service, there are very good therapy service available who may not take insurance but you can reimburse later with your insurance company without your insurance details being compromised.
Kevin is first rate and was able to return my teen to competition. He provided care within the framework of our primary physician to identify weakness and restore core strength. Front office is handled by Lacey - prompt, efficient, and extremely flexible in meeting our needs.
Kevin is passionate, knowledgeable and skilled. He has been critical in helping correct my potentially serious lower back problems. His motivation is truly to help others for the long term and his passion is clear. Not only is he physically helpful, but he has always been caring and empathetic too. He’s grown and owned his business start to finish and his end-to-end ownership is admirable.
Kevin was very helpful. I had severe shoulder and neck issues which he help correct with regular massages and exercise. He always answered any questions I had regarding my condition and also was available on email. My shoulder has gotten stronger after regular massage treatments with him.
PNW Massage & Sport is great. Kevin & Lacey are the nicest, most caring people. Kevin has really helped with my neck and back pain & can always get me in within the week if i have an urgent request. So glad i found PNW Massage!
Do not buy a Groupon from this business. I had a second confirmed appt with this business and a second no show when I came for the appt. My Groupon says used because I made the appt. I have contacted Groupon to get my money back. We will see how that goes. This business also never returns calls. I hope I can get my money back from Groupon now that it says that the Groupon was used. This has been a completely frustrating experience.
Customer service is horrible. We were sent a confirmation email noting an address that was wrong and note saying they would reach out to confirm the appointment. Following the emails instructions- Showed up at the incorrect address but after calling them and figuring it out- made it to the correct address, started late, and was still charged the full amount. Very disappointing. Reached out to Kevin about why we were charged for a full massage from his incorrect email- haven’t heard anything back.
