I've been seeing Kristen for a year now and I can say unequivocally that she is by far and away the best therapist I've EVER had!!! She listens so carefully, is very open, highly ethical, always has great ideas and provides very, very witty insight combined with helpful feedback. Her office is very warm, welcoming and intimate. Kristen is truly an all star platinum level professional, who I would highly recommend!

Their location is perfect, right in the heart of Seattle, and there's public transportation to get you very close to their offices. The therapists are very friendly and offer bilingual service, which I requested, and they gave me the sessions entirely in Spanish. I consider them very professional, and in my particular case, they helped me a lot.

Loren Villegas is the best! She is so supportive and engaging with her clients. You can usually hear her laughing all day long - she makes people feel comfortable and empowered to tackle whatever is going on in their lives. Her positive energy is contagious! I highly recommend working with her
