I had a positive and life changing experience here. All of the nurses were amazing, kind and professional. I highly recommend them to everyone.

My experience at NWKC in Seattle has been truly life-changing. The team is nothing but gracious, compassionate, and deeply attentive. They create a safe space where I felt heard and supported every step of the way. Ketamine treatment can be intense but it has made a meaningful difference in my mental health. I am incredibly grateful for the care I receive and would wholeheartedly recommend NWKC to anyone exploring this treatment option!

I am a long-time patient of NWKC and the low star reviews from people could not be anything further from the truth of a representation of this clinic. I have been to both NWKC Seattle and NWKC Bellevue and the level of care, compassion,, love I feel from the nurses here is unlike care I have ever received ANYWHERE in my life. I have never left a google review in my life... good or bad... but the fact that people exist to tear down others with lies is abominable... especially a clinic that is LITERALLY saving lives. DO NOT trust these people, look at the other reviews they have left. They are targetign providers and work together to bring down the persons reputation. Childish.

I was very grateful for the gentle guidance provided by highly trained and compassionate staff. My troubling issues are making themselves known in a way that no prior use of antidepressants could achieve. I plan to continue this process at Northwest Ketamine Clinics. I feel cared for and safe to fully immerse myself in the healing that Ketamine infusions provides. I also am grateful for the opportunity to have vitamin infusions that work hand in hand with the Ketamine. I have hope now that I have never had before.

I am leaving this review in hopes that it may make an impact in the way they offer their service. What I received: I received a series of 6 infusions and a single booster. Why I was seeking treatment: Treatment resistant physical and mental health concerns. What went well: The environment was very welcoming, clean, and peaceful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. What could have been improved: There is zero integration from experience back into your body. This is such a fatal flaw in my eyes. You need someone to help you make sense of your physical surrounding again, as well as help you to make sense of the experience. Even 20 minutes post session would help to start the integration process. My 6th session I experienced ego death and felt rushed to leave the facility. My 7th session, the ego death was more intense and the experience at times was frightening. I am a person who has done a tremendous amount of work to understand the nervous system, I have the tools to be able to work through the felt sense of anxiety and nervous system reactivity the following day, but I worry for people who do not have these tools. If you are considering this treatment: I recommend having a therapist onboarded and who can help you integrate your experiences. Have a loved one pick you up rather than ride share - getting into an uber after an experience like that can feel disorienting. I want to be very clear about what you are paying for. You are paying for an infusion. You are paying for the medicine itself solely. For this to be as impactful as possible (and most worth your money) I would hope that they would consider altering how they assist you post infusion. Until they do that, I cannot recommend this service.

I took my mom here for urgent treatment, and paid for the initial six series package. They said that she needs two treatments per week for the ketamine to work properly. However, they cancelled one due to a nurse being sick, the day before, on a Thursday. As a result, I could not get an appointment at either location. We usually went to the Seattle location. Unfortunately, on another occasion, they wanted to change the appointment from 9:00 am to 10:40 am. I couldn't do this because I needed to be at work at 11:00 am. As a result, she was not able to get her second treatment for another week. I really feel that they were not reliable and my mom was not able to feel the results she needed to reach the point where she could do well on the maintenance treatments.

Being diagnosed with every 3-4 letter 'disorder' possible from OCD to PTSD, I reached out to them in a last stop of desperation. 1 phone call with Cheri (pre-booking call) and I had a glimmer of hope. Fast forward to today, Ketamine treatments have completely changed my life. Actually transformed. I take not only my mental health but others VERY seriously. I write this review for those that need SOMETHING. Something to help pull you out of the dark or even show you a light you never thought was possible. My heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff, Cheri who has helped me to do what has ended up being the best thing I could have done for myself, and for Anthony for greeting me with a gentle warmth every time I've had an appointment. If your fear is stopping you. If doubts are stopping you, I can guarantee you that from someone who has been to the VERY top of anxiety mountain, this is worth every effort to do this. I had a really positive experience with Northwest Ketamine Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with their care. The staff is amazing—super supportive, kind, and genuinely there for you every step of the way. I felt safe and understood, whether it was during in-person visits or remote sessions, which were both equally effective. Ketamine therapy itself has been a game-changer for me. It’s helped reduce the anxiety, trauma responses, and physical pain I’ve struggled with for a long time. After treatment, I’ve found it easier to stay calm in situations that would normally overwhelm me. My body tension and pain eased up, and I was able to get a clearer perspective on things, especially when it came to working through past trauma.The sessions gave me the space I needed to reflect and let go of emotional weight. I also felt an increase in resilience, which has been huge in my healing process. The therapy brought a lot of insight into how I relate to people and myself, and it’s been a key part of helping me move forward. Overall, Northwest Ketamine Clinic has been a crucial part of my journey, and I’m really grateful for their care. If you’re looking for a place to start ketamine therapy, this clinic is a great choice.

Just had my first treatment. I just want to say to everyone out there who is suffering and struggling-- call this place up and get scheduled. Update: got my 8th treatment today. PTSD flashbacks are completely gone at this point. I can't believe what this clinic has done for me. It's miraculous. Thank you Kelly, Claire, Cameron, the front desk and the whole team.

I have been going here for several years now and the nurses and staff are wonderful, caring people who go above and beyond and genuinely invest themselves in positive patient outcomes, whether by recommending reading related to specific life situations, providing attentive reassurance during challenging experiences, and following up post-treatment. I had a particularly intense session due to some ongoing events in my life and the nurses and staff were all very caring and accommodating and skillfully eased my agitation (and I am no stranger to psychedelic experiences). It made a difficult situation into an ultimately positive experience and made all of the difference.
