I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with therapists, so you can trust me when I tell you that Olivita is a good at her job. She’s knowledgable and genuinely helpful. Her office in Cap Hill is also lovely. She even serves hot tea, which I think is a nice touch. I get stressed about parking in Seattle, but there’s always street parking outside the building and even some affordable parking garages nearby.

I was pretty apprehensive about seeing a therapist, but I felt welcomed and reassured after the first meeting, and beginning session. It was incredibly more helpful than I had been anticipating, the sessions relieved a lot of stress I had been building up due personal circumstances. Thank you very much!

Wonderful therapy experience. Olivita is kind, empathetic, and understanding. She guided me forward with clear expectations, goals, and homework and I am happy with my growth progress.

As a healthcare professional, I highly recommend Olivita. She runs a polished business. From the first call to goal setting and beyond, Olivita supports her clients. Olivita is goal directed and is a good fit for someone who is hoping to make changes in their life.
