Oh my god this place HEALED me after a long week of meetings in Seattle. Possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. Paid $120 for 90 min swedish massage and will be coming back! Thank you sooo much Mana Massage ❤️
Highly recommend!! My back was sore from a fall and long travels. I called and Mana Massage Therapy took me in immediately. My 30 min message was incredible. I felt like a new woman. Days later my back is still feeling great! This company has great prices, amazing service and friendly staff. Thank you❤️🎉
Been regularly coming for almost a year now because of my shoulder injury. The masseuses have been accommodating for my condition and are well skilled to help with some relief in my recovery process. The rates are very reasonable as well - especially meaningful given they don’t take insurance like most massage providers conveniently located in the middle of the SLU.
Don't waste your money/health there. I would NOT recommend this place, as my experience raised serious concerns about professionalism and patient safety. The most critical issue is communication: aside from the manager, no staff member is able to speak or clearly understand English. For a licensed medical provider, this is a major problem, as effective communication is essential to understanding patient needs and delivering proper care. This issue extends beyond in-person visits and includes difficulties when trying to schedule appointments. In a medical setting, miscommunication can lead to serious consequences—for example, reporting pain in one area and receiving treatment for something else. I raised these concerns multiple times and strongly believe the clinic needs to either hire English-speaking staff or properly train their team on common medical terminology at a minimum. Additionally, if you require an invoice for insurance purposes, be prepared for ongoing issues. Errors on invoices are frequent and correcting them can become a frustrating and time-consuming process when dealing with your insurance company. Overall, these communication and administrative shortcomings significantly affect the quality of care and patient experience. If it were possible, I would give this place 0 stars.
I had an amazing massage from Tina tonight. Great deep pressure and just what I needed after a long flight.
Great massage, if you like a deep tissue with lots of pressure, it’s for you. The lady was very knowledgeable, and targeted my knots and tension points. I recommend going here!
I randomly stumbled upon Mama’s Massage in Lake Union, and I am so glad I did—this place is a total gem! What started as a spontaneous visit has now turned into my new go-to spot for massages. The ladies here are incredibly kind and welcoming, and they immediately made me feel at ease. The massage itself was amazing, just the right amount of pressure, super thorough, and clearly done with care and experience. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and totally recharged.
Called to make an appointment and was sent to voicemail. Scheduling is done by text. Nice charming little place tucked away on a busy street. If you like deep tissue massage and warm rooms this is a good place for you.
Great price and friendly staff. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment shortly after I called in. May gave me the best massage I've had for a while. Very professional deep tissue and hit all of my tight spots on my back. I fully recommend this place to anyone who loves strong and deep massage. Will definitely come here again next time I visit Seattle.
An absolutely amazing massage! I got the 90 min. Wendy was so great/intuitive. I struggle with chronic lower back pain and the walking on back/deep pressure mixed with the hot stones was truly a game changer. I might visit Seattle again just to get another massage there 😅 so easy to schedule, great price for the quality, and extremely relaxing. The place is compact so you will likely hear other guests coming in and out, but not bothersome enough to impact the experience for me.
