After 30+ years, finally getting diagnosed with something I long suspected, and being prescribed meds has been the best thing to happen to me. She made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared about. Highly recommend. As long as you are completely open, you will get the help you need.
Lovely service, great people! I am very comfortable with them handling my care.
Dr. Andrea instantly made me feel comfortable. I’ve seen my fair share of mental health professionals, both good and bad, and I can easily say Dr. Andrea is awesome. Lucy was my first point of contact, and she always gets back to me quickly. I feel too often that clients are forgotten or not genuinely cared for in healthcare, but I haven’t felt that once with Lucy and Dr. Andrea. I’ve only recently become a client, but I’m still confident enough to highly recommend them and feel secure as a patient. Thank you both so much!
When I first met Dr. Leal, I was running on anxiety, zero sleep, and vibes alone. Between sleep apnea, depression, and energy levels that made a sloth look hyper, I was in rough shape. But Dr. Leal listened with such patience and genuine care, it felt like I finally had someone in my corner. Thanks to her, I’m now sleeping like a baby (the peaceful kind, not the 3 a.m. crying kind), and my energy is back to normal. What truly sets Dr. Leal apart is her dedication. She was working on my paperwork at midnight—who does that? Superheroes and Dr. Leal, apparently. A special shoutout to Lucy, her amazing team member, who handled my insurance like a boss and made sure I never missed a beat with appointments. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Leal to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective care—with a side of kindness and hustle.
Lucent Psych has been a huge support for my mental health. Andrea is incredibly attentive and truly tailors the treatment to your needs. Lucy is also always super friendly and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. The telemedicine option is incredibly practical and convenient. I truly couldn't be more grateful to have found this place. I recommend them without hesitation!
She’s incredible! So kind, patient, and really an incredible listener! Love working through things with her as well as getting through things. It’s a comforting energy as well!
She's both patient and easy to connect with. The process was also quick and easy, which is appreciated when you really need to see someone. Overall, really great experience
As a man that was hesitant about seeking help, she made me feel comfortable and proud I made the appointment.
