★★★★★★★★★★Deb EscherAug 2023

I found Kelly during the heart of the pandemic--still meeting in person, thankfully, but she also offers a seamless online option. Kelly is a kind and skilled therapist who has helped me devise mindful-based strategies (that will work for me and my ADHD brain) to combat challenges with ADHD, a fair amount of anxiety, major life transitions, trauma pain, and PTSD, allowing me to operate happier and healthier in life, and heal more wholly. Kelly is compassionate and non-judgemental, which makes her easy to work with her with total transparency and openness.
