I saw Ryan for years and can’t recommend more highly. My sessions with him set me up with an incredible foundation, and for the first time in my life I feel a sense of strength and confidence I really never thought I would experience. Ryan Lewis is a true gem.
I've been thinking a lot about how I was going to capture my experience with Ryan and IWP in a Google review. Here's what I settled on and hopefully it resonates with someone out there. Recently I read a poem from James A. Pearson that really hit me: ALL I MEAN There are a thousand wounds but all I mean by healing is this: that you learn to hold yourself in exactly the way you were never held. The poem hit me because I've spent the last three years with Ryan learning to do that - holding myself in exactly the way I was never held - heal. I was part of the, "therapy is for people who don't have friends to talk to" camp before an unexpected panic attack made me question if there was something deeper I needed professional help with. I'm glad I listened to my gut and called IWP, asking for a consult/appointment. I couldn't imagine the last three years of my life without the help Ryan and IWP has provided: professionally, with my family and marriage, with myself. Please don't wait to seek help and healing.
I came into this experience skeptical—I’ve done therapy, read the books, tried the wellness trends. But Ryan’s Premium 1:1 Concierge Wellness Coaching was something entirely different. It met me where I was: a successful executive managing high-level responsibilities, but quietly burned out, disconnected, and honestly, stuck. What stood out was how tailored and immersive the process was. We didn’t just talk—Ryan integrated emotional intelligence coaching, mindfulness, meditation, movement, and his A2A and 5 Pillars frameworks into real, applicable strategies for me. Our sessions, both in-person and virtual, felt intentional and efficient—perfect for my schedule—but also deeply personal. After 90 days, I’m showing up differently in my life: calmer, more focused, at ease, and aligned in my relationships, and personal values and goals. I'm sleeping better, lead better, and I’ve found personal clarity I didn’t know I was missing. This isn’t just wellness coaching—it’s performance optimization for your entire life. If you’re a high-functioning professional looking to elevate your life in more meaningful ways, I highly recommend Ryan and his personalized coaching programs!
