I've been seeing Garret at his prior practice and cannot recommend him enough. If you're on the fence about therapy, or think it can't help you, I really urge you to just make the effort and give it a try. I was surprised how quickly we were able to get to the root of my issues and start working on them. Garret is incredibly insightful and professional, and I'm so glad I made the effort to get that first session scheduled. It really has made a measurably positive impact on my life.
