Professional, friendly, and fun team that knows exactly what is needed to rebuild your strength and help speed your recovery. It is important to relax and openly share what you are feeling, including any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing. They genuinely care about your recovery and take care not to push you too hard at the beginning. I especially appreciate that the physical therapy takes place in a gym environment rather than a small studio with limited equipment. I highly recommend HIDEF Sports & Physical Therapy.
HIDEF is second home, literally! I’ve been a patient at HIDEF for 3 years now, and I can’t recommend them enough specifically David Beske! Over the years, David has helped me navigate everything from pre and post-op shoulder care to lower back issues. Most recently, I’ve been working with him on some stubborn running related injuries. What sets David apart is his approach is he is incredibly knowledgeable and never just treats the symptoms. He performs a thorough root cause analysis before diving into treatment, ensuring we’re actually solving the problem for the long term. Beyond his technical expertise, David is genuinely empathetic and a fantastic listener. He takes the time to understand my goals and concerns, making me feel like a partner in my own recovery. At HIDEF, you never get a "one size fits all" solution; it’s truly personalized care. If you want a PT who actually cares about your progress and listens to your needs, go see David! Special thanks to PT Andy as well! He’s treated me several times when David was unavailable. He might keep a poker face, but he knows exactly what he’s doing and provides top-tier care. The consistency of talent at HIDEF is what keeps me coming back. Lastly, shout out to Nike at the front desk who is truly the best! :)
Been working with Jess for 6 months and it's the first time a PT has cared about my actual goals and helped me worked to achieve them. Jess is awesome and would highly recommend her. Additionally, Nike is great and always willing to work with my wonky schedule and quick changes.
I’ve been a patient at HIDEF in Seattle for a few years now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve worked primarily with David, who is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and thoughtful in his approach to care. The entire staff is professional, welcoming, and clearly invested in their patients’ progress. Over the years, I’ve seen real, lasting improvements and continue to come back for maintenance treatment because I trust their expertise and results. HIDEF does an excellent job of combining clinical skill with personalized care, and it truly shows in the outcomes. If you’re looking for a physical therapy team that knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares, this is the place.
It’s hard to overstate how incredible the experience with HIDEF has been. I have a Pars defect with Spondylolythesis and have been in pain for years with no relief even with the support of other PTs. My first session with Jess I felt heard and I felt like I finally found the light at the end of the tunnel. We’ve been working together for less than two months and already I am significantly stronger and more hopeful of a pain-free future. I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Also, I was worried about it being geared towards athletes and being located within a CrossFit gym, but the atmosphere has been nothing short of welcoming. Seriously, your search is over!
I work with Noelle for physical therapy. She's amazing!! And very personable. I got positive results quickly and she's given me lots of exercises to do at home to keep my body functioning and strong. Nike, at the front desk, is always super helpful when I need changes to my appointments or need new ones. I highly recommend Hidef for PT! Sue
I have been going to HIDEF for PT on my knees for a little over 2 months now and can say I’m truly seeing the results. All of the staff are super kind and helpful especially Noel & Lauren who have been beyond instrumental in my journey to be free from pain and improve my mobility / strength. Could not recommend a better spot for PT or general work out classes if you are looking.
I had my first session with Jess and felt such a big difference right away, my back felt so much better after just one visit. Since then, I’ve been coming regularly and working on different areas of my body, and Jess has been incredibly attentive and thorough. I also brought my husband because he was having back pain, and he’s had a great experience with Jess too. Definitely recommended! The staff is friendly, scheduling is easy, and the whole place has a warm, welcoming vibe.
Working with Jess has been an incredible experience. She’s not only knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely caring and motivating. Every session feels tailored to my goals, she knows exactly how to challenge me while keeping things safe and effective. Since starting with Jess, I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength, posture, and confidence. She takes the time to explain movements, correct form, and celebrate progress along the way. I always leave her sessions feeling stronger, more energized, and inspired to keep pushing myself. Highly recommend Jess to anyone looking for a PT who truly knows what they’re doing and cares about your results.
Thank you to Jess for guiding me through a rehab that felt impossible in the beginning! Jess listened to my ptx history, spent as much time as needed to identify possible diagnoses. Then, Jess selected and helped me practice exercises appropriate for my pain and ROM. As the pain and ROM improved each week, she tailored new exercises/reps/intensity/reps to the new abilities. I felt completely supported and I’m back to doing the activities I love. Shoutout to Nike at the front desk who was always a cheerful and professional representative in person, in email, calls, and texts. When I or a friend needs PT next, I know who to call!
