Scheduling was easy and fairly straightforward. Finding a therapist his been difficult but they had a couple of people to choose from and schedule with which was nice.

I’ve been seeing one of Envision’s therapists for around 10 years now and she has been invaluable in a variety of different crises and mental health concerns over the years. Very flexible with scheduling, rescheduling, virtual and in-person visits as well as different office locations. While the other reviews have complaints about customer service over the phone I don’t feel their ratings reflect this business. Once you’re connected with a therapist they will do your customer service personally.

I have had a very negative experience with their customer service. My experience mirrors that of others who have commented previously. I have called their phone number over six times, and no one ever picks up. I left voicemails, but they never returned my calls. I finally emailed them with all my specific needs, and they responded with a questionnaire that I had already answered in my original email. They never followed up after that. Based on the reviews I’ve seen, I strongly recommend that they review the performance of their customer service desk and consider hiring new staff. Clearly, someone is dropping the ball, and this could cost them many potential customers, starting with me.

The customer service was unhelpful at best. No communication, no flexibility. Nobody went out of their way to be helpful. I rarely leave reviews, but if I had been in any sort of significant mental health crisis, the unreliability of communication from this organization would have really hurt me. I wouldn't want this for anyone else. After over a month waiting for my appointment, I showed up and they said they had never booked me despite multiple emails and calls with them setting date and time. Unreliable, would recommend booking with a counseling company that communicates and doesn't cancel on you. @envision please do better. Thankfully I have a strong support network and found other counselling, but communication with folks who need you is part of your job, and hopefully your mission.
