Dr. Nicol has been my therapist for many years now. From the start she really got to know me as a person. Even when I sometimes don’t have anything in particular I want to talk about, she asks about current things in my life and continues to get to know my story. She always tailors our sessions to my situation, and helps me achieve clear objectives and goals. Whenever I need an emergency text or call, she is always there to support. I would not have made all of the progress I’ve made these last few years if not for her, and I constantly brag about her to my friends. The best therapist I could ask for! :)
Doctors who truly listen and provide exceptional care with genuine compassion. Our experience with this group has quite literally saved my child’s life. As we continue through a difficult journey, it brings me so much comfort knowing we are not alone. The peace of mind they’ve given me as a parent is truly beyond words.
Very helpful for my family would recommend to anyone seeking professional help
I’ve had the pleasure to been seen by Dr. Nicol for almost 2 years now. From the very beginning Dr. Nicol has made me feel so comfortable which really helped me on my healing journey. Dr. Nicol is very attentive even outside of my scheduled visits. Dr. Nicol has a heart of gold and is extremely passionate when dealing with her patients. I’ve seen two other therapist prior to Dr. Nicol and the support she gives is top tier. I’ve grown so much in the time that I’ve seen Dr. Nicol and I highly recommend her for your therapy needs.
Dr Nicól has saved my life. I’ve been seeing her for the past 4 years, consistently twice a week, along with daily check-ins and I can honestly say she has completely changed my life. I struggle with multiple challenges, and through everything, she has given me coping skills that I now use in my everyday life. These aren’t just things we talk about in sessions—they’re tools I actively rely on, and they’ve made a real difference in how I function and feel. What truly sets Dr. Nicól apart is how present and responsive she is. If I’m having an episode or feel overwhelmed, she is always there, whether that’s answering my call or texting me back quickly to help ground me and calm my mind. That level of care is rare, and it has meant everything to me during some really difficult moments. She is kind, compassionate, patient, and genuinely invested. She’s helped guide me through exposure therapies and constantly reassures me that I’m going to be okay, no matter what I’m facing. And she doesn’t just say it, she helps me believe it. She’s also incredibly reliable when it comes to anything important I need. She takes care of things in a timely manner, which has relieved so much stress in my life. The best way I can describe her is that she makes me feel like I’m her only patient in the world—and honestly, I like to tell myself I am (lol). That’s how much attention, care, and dedication she gives. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Nicól for helping save my life—and for continuing to show up for me every single day. I truly can’t imagine my life without her, and I plan to continue working with her for as long as I possibly can. No other therapist that I have had has had me stick with them this long, that says a lot in itself. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be here today. So if you’re looking for the best therapist and Dr. in the WORLD you need to call her immediately.
I have been with Nicol for 3 years now, it has been the BEST decision I made. She holds no punches always with love and concern. Once earlier in my treatment she was on vacation and I was having a hard time she took the time to call me with encouraging and comforting words. I'll never forget that. I have learned coping skills that I continue to implement regularly. After a failed attempt with therapy before, Nicol is a diamond in the ruff. I highly recommend her services!!!
Nicol has been through so much with me over the past 4 years. I really like that I can text when needed and she works with me on my schedule. Even being an hour north of me, I cannot recommend a better therapy group.
I had a fantastic experience with Tamera. She guided me and challenged me in so many ways through our therapeutic process. We used EMDR and touched upon all of the heavy traumas of my past. After working through my negative experiences with grace and appropriate humor, I feel so rejuvenated and more of myself. As an EMDR therapist, myself, I fully recommend Tamera. Bonus points if you are a comic book or anime nerd like me, she is the therapist of you.
