Eisha & the Bespoke team are amazing. They utilize the latest top of the line tools and have a great vibe in the clinic. Eisha, in particular is a fantastic PT who has a very holistic approach and partners with you to get the best results for your whole body. I came to her with a meniscus knee issue, and she tailored a plan to help me recover, and worked around my schedule to make it easy for me to stick to the plan. She also listened and incorporated exercises that took some of my older injuries into consideration (back, hip…) to ensure progress while still pushing me and holding me accountable for the best results— all while making it fun!! She has incredible knowledge of the human body and how things connect & can help you address pain in very approachable ways — she’s very good about communicating and explaining what & why behind the approach, so you get to learn new ways of taking care of yourself. I so appreciate her knowledge, charisma and dedication to her clients and her field.

I’ve been seeing Eisha Joshi at Bespoke Physical Therapy, Seattle for a knee injury and some ongoing scoliosis care, and I cannot recommend her and Bespoke physical therapy enough. From day one, Eisha listened carefully, ran a thorough assessment (posture, mobility, and strength), and built a plan that actually fits my body, not a generic protocol. In just a few sessions, my knee pain and stiffness have noticeably decreased, my hip and core feel stronger, and I’m moving with more confidence. For scoliosis, Eisha’s focus on pelvic, rib cage mobility, and alignment plus smart progressions for core and glute strength that has helped me stand taller and feel more balanced day to day. What I appreciate most is her coaching style: clear cues, hands-on corrections, and home exercises that are realistic and effective. She explains the “why” behind everything so I know exactly what we’re targeting and how it supports long-term results. The Seattle clinic is welcoming, clean, and well equipped, and the whole team is kind and professional. If you’re dealing with a knee issue or scoliosis (or both), go see Eisha at Bespoke she’s skilled, attentive, and genuinely invested in your recovery. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Bespoke therapist Tim Gray for two different issues. I initially met Tim following brain surgery which made me feel that my balance and proprioception were “off.” The second time I sought Tim’s help was after major foot surgery on first one then my other foot. In both instances, he carefully assessed not only my physical situation, but my particular goals and concerns. Throughout our therapy sessions, he has always talked about and demonstrated what to do, described why it is important and/or what it should be accomplishing, and provided feedback and encouragement. He obviously enjoys his work, his clients, and his co-workers. I would certainly recommend him & Bespoke!

After 2.5 years of neck, back, and shoulder pain from a car accident, I started coming to Bespoke regularly and have felt a significant improvement within a few months. Unlike other physical therapists I've gone to, the Team at Bespoke does such a thorough job of testing pain, range of motion, and strength over a range of motions and muscle groups and then comes up with a specific and manageable plan that gets tweaked and adjusted based on further testing and observations at each session. I currently work most closely with Rosa, who is quite clearly an expert, but everyone else I've worked with knows what they are doing. Its a convenient location, the space and setup is great, and Rosa and Hayley take the time to answer all the novice questions I have every session and work with me to come up with a plan that works for my schedule. Since coming to Bespoke, my back and shoulder pain has reduced, I've improved my strength, posture, and range of motion, and I'm able to do normal things like carry a backpack or work at a desk much more comfortably. Cannot recommend enough!

This was a great place to have PT care. I worked primarily with Rosa, and also with Tim. I felt like the care was very specific to me and they helped me to build strength and understand my energy. It was always easy to schedule and change appointments and I was well taken care of. If I find myself in need of PT I would go nowhere else

Tim is a skilled therapist who rally loves his work and cares about his clients. He has encouraged me to work hard at rehabilitation after shoulder surgery, and the results have been remarkable. My orthopedic surgeon is impressed and gratified as well. I'm really happy with Tim's work, and by the way, he's fun to work with, too.

I had a fantastic experience at Bespoke Physical Therapy, and with my PT Tim Gray in particular! Every 1 hour session, Tim provided me with his full attention, personalized care, and exercises which were just right for my current stage of recovery. Tim’s personality and sense of humor also made me excited to come in to PT every week and really lightened the load of my recovery process. Tim blended classical exercises with innovative technology and techniques to ensure I got the best possible care. I’m happy to say that Tim helped me achieve a 100% full recovery and I’m now back to doing all the activities that I love! Thank you Tim and Bespoke, I’m very grateful I chose you to partner in my recovery! I would 10/10 recommend anyone to choose Bespoke and Tim Gray for their PT needs!

Bespoke, and particularly Rosa Franklin, are unbelievably good. I would give Rosa 10 or 100 stars if I could. I've been to a number of physical therapists over the years, many quite good, but Rosa is in a league of her own at the top. Rosa has an uncanny ability to really listen to you, to watch you, and to custom-tailor an approach to your needs and goals. Each time she sees you, she does this. She tracks progress and changes from one session to the next. I feel she communicates with patients in a deeper and more nuanced way than I have ever experienced. It keeps everything keyed into the progress you're making and keeps it fun. For me, this resulted in terrific preparation for and recovery from total hip replacement. For example: In less than three months, I am already back to pain-free cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling. I feel I am stronger and my mobility is better than before surgery. Lifting and other exercises that were impossible for me a few weeks ago are now simple. I credit Rosa for all of this. Bespoke is also great about scheduling appointments, and rescheduling if something comes up. Billing and insurance coverage is seamless, even if you're on Medicare.

I had a horrible back injury at work and had STAT PT referral from Spine medicine. It was difficult to find a PT that soon as all the PT I contacted were booked and wouldn’t get me in until after a couple months. And I called Bespoke Treatments Physical Therapy, Jasmine answered and she was very understanding and booked me for the same week considering my situation. I was first seen and evaluated by Dr Alex. She supspected that it was bulging disc and started to treat me while waiting for an MRI (which was confirmed it was a bulging disc). Alex was my primary PT and Rosa became my primary PT after Alex left Bespoke. Both Dr. Alex and Dr. Rosa fixed me from barely able to walk to tolerating some activities in a week to back to work in 3 weeks. They were very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and are good listeners. They use multi exercises and even emailed me home exercise videos so I can do them at gym/home. I visited Bespoke for about 7 months; I was fully recovered and able to go back to my normal work/activities and still use the home exercise they provided me. While Alex and Rosa were my primary PT I also had a session with Tim. Tim was also dedicated and amazing. I highly highly highly recommend Bespoke for PT needs, they will use a tailored approach and fix you.

I had a fantastic experience at Bespoke PT while recovering from a hamstring injury. Scheduling was easy with helpful email reminders, and Rosa was always friendly and supportive. Each session was productive, with exercises that progressed at the right pace to help me regain strength without pain. The app made tracking my exercises simple and kept me accountable. Thanks to their expert care, I’m back to running and weight training pain-free. Highly recommend!
